Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the managing director of Make-A-Wish Foundation of Switzerland & Liechtenstein. We grant wishes to children aged 3–18 with serious medical conditions, creating joyful and memorable experiences to bring hope and strength to them and their families.

What challenge were you trying to address with Minthical?

We needed help improving our communication towards the general public.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Minthical helped us create a new website and gave us a lot of inputs. The team created our website and helped us edit it whenever necessary. We really needed to have a new website and get more visitors. The website was the first image people had of our foundation. Minthical also supported us in creating posts and graphic designs.

Minthical implemented a lot of functionalities and interactive features, such as a subscription to a newsletter, an application for a wish, downloading important documents, and informing visitors about our work, people, and impact. The website was attractive, easy to read, and user-friendly.

We worked with about three teammates from Minthical.

How did you come to work with Minthical?

Minthical offered us help in our project because their director wanted to support our mission through pro bono services. The team contacted us to offer their support, and we were honored to be helped by them. We found the opportunity great and were very enthusiastic about collaborating with them.

We spent $0 because they offered us their services pro bono.

What is the status of this engagement?

Their engagement with me lasted from 2021 to 2023.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Minthical’s work helped our foundation improve its visibility and attract more supporters and beneficiaries. Our foundation has grown a lot, partly thanks to Minthical and their work in the communication field. We’ve at least doubled our growth.

How did Minthical perform from a project management standpoint?

Minthical was always on time, very reactive towards all our requests and keen to help.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their reactivity and professionalism in the deliveries were impressive.

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.

Paying more attention to pictures used, being more proactive to propose pics which match the message of the publication. Otherwise everything was perfect

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The main scope was to create a new logo for the company, a fresh one, more oriented towards the film industry and art zone. In the process of working with Minthical, a new logline for the company was brainstormed in an online meeting, changing the meaning of the capital words from the company name. From the initial MAD= movie, advertising and digital production, it lead to to MAD=movies are dreams. This idea sparkled the creativity of Hera, the graphic designer we worked with, and it lead to the final design of the logo. Deliverables implied an animated intro of the logo, company business cards and presentation customizable templates for the company.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most important for us, we got a specific tailored design of our logo, one which represents us a small company and which speaks in our behalf, and we love it. The intro animation generated from the new logo, was launched into the public on the premier of our lates film, in film festival theatres and it brought us enthusiastic feedback and appreciation. We are using it now regularly, as an intro video to all our video projects.
