I'm the Secretary-General in a non-governmental organisation. We provide support and services for crafts and SME's

For what projects/services did your company hire META-SISTEM SRL, and what were your goals?

We had the idea to create a digital platform to support artisans with a loyalty program and involve them in projects. Since we are a non-profit non-governmental organization, we needed a solution on WordPress, but at the same time, the platform had to be multifunctional and ready to cope with a large number of users and tasks.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for various companies, but the decision was made based on the results of the interviews and the acquaintance with the company's portfolio

We voiced the idea of the platform during the first conversation, received a preliminary consultation, after that we drew up a brief and received feedback on it. We were offered design solutions based on our preferences, after which we moved on to functionality and technical issues.

The project was done in several stages and at each stage, the results were agreed upon with us. After eliminating all the bugs, the site was transferred to a domain and tested again. At every stage, the project was accompanied by consultations

The team consisted of a project manager who led our project, a designer, 2 developers, a manager for legal and financial issues

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Through the platform, in the first month after the launch, we attracted participants to 2 projects and used it as the main communication tool. After that, we made more updates and finalized the design based on user feedback. Our organisation immediately became recognizable and aroused great interest among manufacturers

Our main contact person was the project manager and he then distributed requests himself, collected, and presented the results. We used Skype for calls and chat and Google documents to update the technical specifications and coordinate tasks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave advice on how best to implement our idea with a medium and long-term perspective, accompanied with consultations and taught us how to work with the administrative panel as beginners, recorded tutorials for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In the process of working with the site after launch, some bugs appeared, but they were quickly fixed
