I am the CEO of XChange Online Market

For what projects/services did your company hire Lumena Technologies, and what were your goals?

Our partners needed a contractor to do what no other provider had been able to do previously. We needed the web designer to develop an online listing and marketplace equipped with the ability to identify and verify and search by minority business owners.

Lumena Technologies accomplished our goals timely and with subsequent on going support.

How did you select Lumena Technologies and what were the deciding factors?

We initially found Lumena Technologies on Fiverr and developed a business relationship over several projects. Our deciding factor, was Lumena Technologies was aggressive and willing to do the research to fulfill our needs even though it had never been done to our specification previously.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We initially submitted a deep dive of our needs and wants. We listed all of the challenges we thought would impede the project. We had a deliverable date and high expectations. We provided access to our online servers for completion of the project.

How many people from the Lumena Technologies team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I only had direct contact with a single person throughout the process. Whomever Lumena Technologies used was not revealed to me/.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the launching we discovered that our internal infrastructure was insufficient to effectively run the operations with the depth of the systems. We took an additional 9 months to kick off to the public. We have received glowing critical reviews of the business listing and marketplace created by Lumena Technologies.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Lumena Technologies setup real time reporting and project management commenication from our first meeting. Additionally timelines and budget were discussed as the thresholds for the project which were acceptable on both sides.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Taking charge of the project and holding our hands during the initial review through ti public launch. Their impeccable work was notable in the partnership.
