Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder and CEO of Dodson Development. In the senior managerial capacity, I lead the day-to-day functions of a company offering web and app development services using Geospatial data technology that significantly increase brand recognition.

For what projects/services did your company hire JovialSoft Technologies?

I hired JovialSoft Technologies to re-design my website, I need a new look to the website and was very happy with the outcome.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was referred through a friend, they have previously worked with them in the past.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

So the beginning stages was defining what I wanted the website to look like. I wanted it to be very user friendly, and really grab the users eye. I also wanted it to convey what dodson development is all about. From there they created the templates for us, and approved, then website production started.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with two people. Vishal the CEO and his other web developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They did an amazing job creating the website, they walked me through every step to ensure I was happy with the progress of the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective, we had multiple meetings, and they were very transparent in the process of the web design.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their work ethic. They worked endlessly on this project and answered any questions I had.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I didn't see any areas that need for improvement.
