Our platform provides tools for resume and cover letter creation, job search and tracking, interview preparation and mock interviews, career coaching, employer engagement, analytics, and CRM-based outreach. WriteSea also supports white-labeled career portals, SSO and user provisioning, and configurable workflows that allow organizations to provide a personalized career experience under their own brand while improving student and job-seeker engagement, employment readiness, and career outcomes.

Infostack Tech provided end-to-end software development support for WriteSea’s AI-powered career readiness platform, including web application development, mobile application development, AI-powered features, integrations, ongoing enhancements, and technical support. The scope of work included development of the core WriteSea platform and recruiter portal, as well as several major product capabilities. Key deliverables included the AI Resume Builder and Resume Review system, AI Cover Letter Generation, AI Interview Preparation and mock interview tools, Job Feed and Job Tracker functionality, Voice AI for engagement and outcomes tracking, and Headshot OS for professional profile image generation. The team also supported frontend and backend development, third-party and internal system integrations, institution-specific workflows, platform scalability, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous feature improvements. They worked closely with us as requirements evolved and helped turn product concepts into production-ready functionality. Overall, Infostack Tech helped us build and scale a comprehensive career readiness ecosystem that supports students, career services teams, recruiters, and higher education institutions across resume preparation, interview readiness, job discovery, application tracking, engagement, and career outcomes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

The project resulted in the successful launch and continued scaling of WriteSea’s AI-powered career readiness platform, which now supports 48 colleges and universities. During the engagement, multiple major product capabilities were delivered into production, including AI resume tools, cover letter generation, interview preparation, job discovery and tracking, recruiter functionality, Voice AI, and outcomes tracking. The platform has expanded from a core career technology product into a broader ecosystem supporting students, career services teams, and recruiters. We have also seen continued growth in institutional adoption and usage across career preparation, job search, and student engagement workflows, demonstrating the platform’s ability to scale as our customer base and product offering have grown.

Infostack Tech managed the project effectively and maintained clear communication throughout the engagement. The team was responsive to our needs, adaptable as priorities and product requirements evolved, and proactive in addressing technical challenges as they came up. They consistently worked with us to plan and prioritize development work, provide updates on progress, and incorporate feedback into upcoming releases. Key deliverables and milestones were completed within the expected timelines, and when requirements changed or additional complexity was identified, the team communicated clearly and worked collaboratively with us to adjust priorities and keep development moving forward. Overall, they operated as an extension of our internal team and were reliable, responsive, and flexible throughout the project.

What stood out most about Infostack Tech was their ability to understand both the technical requirements and the broader product vision behind what we were building. They were not simply executing development tasks; they took the time to understand our users, workflows, and business objectives and translated that into practical product solutions. Their experience across AI, web and mobile development, integrations, and scalable platform architecture allowed them to support a wide range of complex features within one team. We were also impressed by their flexibility and willingness to adapt as our platform evolved, which made them feel more like a long-term technology partner than a traditional outsourced development company.

One area that could have been improved was documentation and formalizing some processes as the project grew. Because we were moving quickly and frequently introducing new features and priorities, certain technical decisions, workflows, and implementation details could have been documented more consistently for easier long-term reference. That said, the team was always responsive when clarification was needed and continued to improve their processes as the engagement evolved. Overall, this was a relatively minor area for improvement and did not negatively impact the success of the project.
