Infoneo Technologies has been the engine behind the success of DirectDeals since we hired them to manage the application, database, and product content on the website. In just a few months, Infoneo Technologies increased our sales by 25%, and by the end of the first year with them, our sales had nearly doubled.
Infoneo continues to deliver consistent sales deliverables, with many of those being from repeat business customers. Their development team has improved upon the e-commerce platform and has even been hired by other platform users to improve their sites. This past year, Infoneo helped us with the implementation of a significant project: the implementation of an enterprise software package called Salesforce.
This software requires expert database knowledge, including the Salesforce-specific and platform databases. I am happy to say that the implementation is working well and is ongoing as we improve our ability to grow and reach more customers. We are looking forward to a 20% growth goal in 2024.

The company's ownership is very responsive to any issues that arise and is personally involved in the day-to-day operations of my project.

Regardless of how simple or complex the issue or project, Infoneo can quickly comprehend what is needed, fill in all of the necessary areas with highly qualified representatives, and then provide those agents with teams of backup resources to assist them with whatever they need quickly and efficiently managing any issue that is in front of them. It is amazing to watch and even more amazing to experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something INFONEO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED could have done differently?

I don't have anything that hasn't already been fixed; however, I will tell you about the issue. When AI first hit the scene, I wanted to quickly adopt this new technology, but Infoneo was hard-pressed to find anyone with experience in this area—just like every other company. This issue has been resolved, and we are AI integrated now.
