I’m an account director at a consulting firm based in the US; and my clients range from small enterprises to US Fortune 50.

For what projects/services did your company hire IMT Solutions?

10+ years ago, the US market became extremely competitive in the IT consulting area with multiple offshore vendors offering low pricing model to our customers, and I started losing projects.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I explored outsourcing firms in Asia, and through professional referral, I came to know IMT Solutions. IMT Solutions was short listed from 5+ vendors, then selected to be our preferred partner in Asia because the firm provided high quality of service and accountability with reasonable pricing.

Since partnered 10+ years ago, IMT Solutions assisted my teams with approximately 50 projects across multiple technical areas such as web-based solution software implementation, mobile app development, AI / ML, DevOps, QA automation, low code / no code product development, RPA, etc. Regardless of which type of technical projects IMT Solutions assisted, the team leveraged Agile methodology to deliver, which resulted in providing incremental values on frequent basis.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Depending on the type of projects, we have a team of 2-3 to 10+ technical engineers; and, the teams often include oversight managers, technical architects, software engineers, SDET, and functional QA engineers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

IMT Solutions share similar values with our firm; thus, we together delivered high quality of service with a reasonable pricing to our customers. We received 100% satisfaction from our customers across the 50 projects, and project renewals.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

While we occasionally experienced hiccups related to collaboration and communication, IMT Solutions always took constructive feedback well and addressed the issues. With regard to deadlines, the teams never missed them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciated that IMT Solutions had strong talents across multiple technical areas, held themselves accountable, and streamlined project life cycle.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

While the teams never hesitate to work late in their evening (past mid nights), I wish IMT Solutions could share the same time zone. Perhaps, I am getting greedy. Overall, IMT Solutions is a perfect choice when it comes to IT outsourcing from Asia.
