We had constant turn over with project managers during our time. Our first project manager left the company, then the second left for a wedding, than the third project manager left the company as well. During our work with the project managers, they responded well to our needs.

I enjoyed working with my sales representative there. Who was significantly helpful during the most challanging times working with the company. He was more helpful than management.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with iMark Infotech, I feel obligated to share what occurred so other business owners can make an informed decision. I hired iMark Infotech for multiple services over an extended period, including SEO, LinkedIn lead generation, website hosting/server-related work, and support for several of my businesses.

Unfortunately, my experience deteriorated significantly over time. The most serious issues began during a server migration project. The migration was handled poorly and resulted in major disruptions to my businesses. My websites experienced outages, email accounts stopped functioning correctly, and critical business systems were impacted. The situation created significant operational problems and consumed countless hours of my time attempting to resolve issues that should never have occurred in the first place. What was even more disappointing than the technical failures was the lack of accountability afterward.

Despite repeated attempts to address these concerns with management, I never received what I considered an appropriate acknowledgment of the damages caused, a meaningful apology, or a serious effort to make things right. Instead, responsibility appeared to be minimized or ignored. I also experienced multiple billing inaccuracies that required my attention. As a client, I should not have had to repeatedly monitor and challenge billing issues while simultaneously dealing with service failures. Additionally, I paid for LinkedIn lead generation services that failed to produce meaningful results. More concerning, the campaign activity eventually appeared to stop without clear communication or notification. I was left trying to determine what work was actually being performed and why progress had stalled.

Throughout the engagement, communication became increasingly frustrating. Rather than receiving proactive support and solutions, I often felt dismissed. In several interactions, the communication style came across as passive-aggressive and unprofessional, particularly when concerns were raised regarding service quality and project performance. I understand that every company can make mistakes. Technical problems happen. What separates great companies from poor ones is how they respond when things go wrong. In my case, I did not see the level of accountability, ownership, customer care, or professionalism that I expect from a company entrusted with critical business assets.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend iMark Infotech and would encourage prospective clients to thoroughly evaluate alternative providers before making a decision.
