We have only been working with iMark for 3.5 months, which is early to see results from an SEO project. But we have been impressed with how comprehensive and efficient their work is. They have done keyword research for us and built out a content plan for an entire year, which is easy for our content writers to follow and produces copy that is both SEO and reader-friendly.
They have generated for us hundreds of backlinks through guest blog posts, directories and other venues. And they have done a full technical SEO audit of our website, correcting any on-site issues that could impede our SEO.

They use Basecamp for project management, which is efficient and easy to use. All projects were delivered on time. When I had questions or issues, they responded to them proactively.

iMark's strength is not copywriting. They don't claim to be copywriters, so that wasn't a disappointment to me. But I think if someone wants to truly outsource all their content, they should hire a freelancer writer to do the copywriting work, based on the keyword research that iMark does.

Imark Infotech has started off with analyzing my website and URL and where it stands currently as far as ranking organically on Google. Then immediately started to take steps towards getting my website and domain dusted off so they can begin to rebuild my image and my ranking on Google and online presence in general. We are in the first month of SEO so as far as Google rankings I need to be patient, however the behind the scenes work they are doing seems to be consistent and steady with SEO work and getting me ranking soon. When we brought in a new client who needed SEO services, we presented the info to iMark, who then did a full analysis of the client's website and current SEO standings. They gave us suggestions on keywords to go after and what terms we should not try and rank for. They then provided us with a list of things needed to correct on that website, then began doing the off-site SEO work. What is great is that over time, they would review the client website and make additional suggestions on ways to improve it.

Our client has a fairly new website (about 2 years old) and is up against big competitors in his area. Google is currently not ranking him as high as his competitors so we are doing a combined PPC & SEO campaign to bring him up on the search results. It was critical that he gets immediate success which is why we layered the PPC on top of the SEO. Some important deliverables are the backlinks and the tracking results/goals in the PPC campaign so we can ensure the client is not wasting money.

Our website is fairly new so iMark had to increase traffic and google awareness by various backlink methods. They implemented a keyword mapping sheet, meta tag creations, site speed optimization, google analytics goal setup and optimized our blog for internal linking.

Our project manager has done a great job communicating deliverables. So far they've delivered on what was promised and in the rare case something didn't make sense they were quick to explain and meet up if necessary.

The company ran all the reports and fixed all the SEO issues I had with many sites. They worked on indexing and increased the speed of each site. Once the site was optimized they began implementing keywords. they created their own content and started creating quality back links.
