Project Scope: The project involves developing a serverless, Progressive Web Application (PWA) using ReactJS for the frontend, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This application will offer robust, scalable, and efficient web solutions, leveraging AWS's serverless architecture to ensure high availability and cost-effectiveness. The PWA approach will ensure that the application is reliable, fast, and engaging, providing an app-like experience on both desktop and mobile browsers. Deliverables: 

1. ReactJS Frontend Development:A responsive and dynamic user interface designed using ReactJS, optimized for performance and user experience across various devices and platforms. 
2. Serverless Backend Integration: Implementation of serverless backend services using AWS Lambda, ensuring scalability and reduced operational costs. 
3. Database Integration: Configuration and integration of a cloud-based database service (e.g., Amazon DynamoDB) for efficient data storage and retrieval. 
4. API Gateway Setup: Setting up AWS API Gateway for managing secure and scalable access to backend services.
5. PWA Capabilities: Implementation of PWA features including offline access, and a home screen icon, enhancing the user experience akin to a native application. 
6. Authentication and Authorization: Implementing user authentication and authorization mechanisms using Amazon Cognito. 
7. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Pipeline: Establishing a CI/CD pipeline for automated testing and deployment using Gitlab. 
8. Compliance and Security: Ensuring application compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations, and implementing AWS security best practices. 
9. Post-Deployment Support: Providing a period of post-deployment support for troubleshooting, optimizations, and minor feature enhancements. 

This scope and set of deliverables aimed to create a scalable, secure, and user-friendly web application that leverages the full potential of AWS's serverless architecture and the capabilities of a Progressive Web Application.

We decided on a daily online standup and other communication through Asana as a project management tool for task related details and logging of what was needed. Which helped in the process. All communcatins where clean and clear. Project manager on HD-websoft side kept track with me and gave regular updates.
