What stood out most was TGC’s practitioner-led approach. They did not approach the engagement as a conventional consulting exercise where the output is primarily a presentation or market report. They challenged our assumptions, connected market strategy with actual sales and business-development execution, and focused on what could realistically be implemented.
Their understanding of both the strategic and operational sides of international expansion was particularly valuable. The combination of strategic thinking, commercial pragmatism and willingness to get into the detail of execution made the engagement different from the more traditional consulting firms we have worked with.
