GIT Infosys handled both our website development and digital marketing requirements. The project started with understanding our business, services, target audience, and what we wanted to achieve online. For the website, their team worked on the overall design, development, mobile responsiveness, page structure, contact forms, speed, and basic SEO setup.

They also helped organise the service pages so the website was easier for visitors to understand and navigate. On the digital marketing side, they supported us with SEO, Google Ads, social media/Meta advertising, keyword research, landing page improvements, and ongoing campaign optimisation. T

hey regularly reviewed the performance and suggested changes based on the results.

Their project management was well organised and easy to work with. The team kept us updated throughout the website development and digital marketing work, and most deliverables were completed within the agreed timelines.

Whenever we requested changes or had questions, they responded quickly and handled the feedback without unnecessary delays. Communication was clear, and they were flexible enough to adjust the work based on our requirements. 

Overall, the process was smooth and we always knew what stage the project was at.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was how well GIT Infosys combined website development with digital marketing under one team.

They didn’t just focus on building the website; they also looked at SEO, user experience, lead generation, advertising, and overall online growth. Their team was responsive, practical, and willing to suggest improvements instead of simply following instructions.

Having development, SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing support in one place made the entire process much easier for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GIT Infosys could have done differently?

Overall, we had a very positive experience with GIT Infosys. One area they could improve is making the reporting a little more structured, especially for SEO and paid campaigns, with clearer monthly comparisons and next-step recommendations. At times, having a more detailed roadmap in advance would also make it easier to track progress. That said, these were minor points, and the team was always responsive whenever we needed clarification or changes.
