I am a Founder/CEO of Advanced Adventure. We serve travelers looking for trekking & climbing activities in Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet

We looked online for IT companies to hire for PPC, looks like genese had good SEO experts & purposed very appealing solution for our business. Based on the solution provided we tend to go with genese solution.

A passion to empowering our clients brought us together. The Genese team was aware of their tried-and-true approach, SEO best practices, and which KPIs tracked progress toward our objectives.

They allocated 2 dedicated SEO specialist & one project champion to take on our project & fortunately it ended well.

After the SEO efforts, We gained increase in traffic. On page fixes led us 22% increase in traffic & going on the off page elements we have competitive advantage over our competitors in the same league

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Being official reseller of zoom, we had zoom as communication medium which was great experience. Next, the reporting & tracking of keywords was convincing. Backlink progress status & comparison sheet was very insightful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about Genese Solution was their SEO approach. We hired few companies before which sounded promising at first then later they were disaster. Probably the best thing about genese is they have got very talented SEO experts. They don't just understand the business, they understand the customers. Based on customer their approach ends fruitful. Plus, they don promise things they don't know or achieve.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If i have to say, then it would be the project management side. The project onboarding process took longer then i expected & most of the times things were not organized. Ultimately they solved it yet it took em time.
