I am the head administrator of this project ever since it was built and operated

For what projects/services did your company hire Geek Jarvis, and what were your goals?

Our website was made by Geek Jarvis and since then they have been providing exclusive services to our website. We met our goals with respect to website design and development, servicing all our needs ever since the site was launched.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Prior selecting Geek Jarvis, We met a couple of developers, but none matched our requirements. Then at some later stage, we met Geek Jarvis team and they were given the project after extensive discussions.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Well, what i can say is right from planning tge design till development of site, till setting up ancillary services like GA, bing webmaster, search console, etc., everything is done by Geek Jarvis. Even services for maintaining the site till date, are also rendered by Geek Jarvis.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 4 in total who worked on our website design and development. Then tge annual services were started after we were fully satisfied with the end product. We couldn't have asked for more.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were fully satisfied with the end product and Geek Jarvis has been serving us very nicely. We couldn't have asked for or expected more, they have been a perfect match for our website.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Email was main, supported by phone. We were updated with progress on a regular basis. Their services and communications were and still are extremely good.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Prompt action, 24x7 availability, keep working until client is satisfied, never complain or crib for things, delivery is timely ... This list can keep going on and on.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Rest assured we never faced any issues. If needed, they will slog it out and satisfy theirclients... This is what is say as a closing statement for this section.
