I met an initial onboarding contact person from The Free Website Guys. Then, I was all the time in touch with Sven the Lead Web Developer.

Great impact for my personal brand online.

All contact was done via WhatsApp and emails. Very clear videos on the steps on their project management process. Some forms to provide data and expected outcomes. Timeline is very adaptable to client needs.

Each step of the process was explained with detail and easily understood, so the parts of the process that required my input were incredibly simple to understand and manage.

The basic idea for the site was to utilize the homepage as a portal to the various professional and vocational offerings I work with. The remainder of the pages would go into detail for each offering, including a blog.

The project went smoothly. There were a couple of hiccups with my availability and minor miscommunications, but each of these was met easily. Even after their part was essentially finished they continued to be a support and answer my questions patiently and effectively.

They delivered a beautiful site structured the way I envisioned for it to work. The end result was lovely. I am still working on writing the text and designing the personal graphics. I highly recommend working with them. I am very grateful.

My experience with thefreewebsiteguys.com has been excellent from the beginning to the delivery, and beyond. Communication has been precise, kind and easily comprehensible, with a lot of patience for my particularites and a very loaded schedule just during the time we were making the site. They have not only met me with impeccable professionalism but also with a particular generosity and understanding. I felt heard, seen and supported through the entire process, resulting in a superbly made, functional and elegant site, which I now just have to fill in with my own content, publish and use.

My aeria of business is not easy to present on a website due to its many facets, and I am relatively demanding with high criteria for aesthetics and functionality, so having that said, I am very happy with the result and wholeheartedly stand by these guys.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've particularly communicated with Sven from thefreewebsiteguys who turned out to be more than just a kind, professional website builder, but a light in the tunnel through a period of much movement and restrictions (across Europe through covid times). I am also not very 'tech" nor do I have the greatest equipment, but I know what I want, and all my needs have been met superbly. With his calm, ever-positive, generous, "we'll solve it" attitude, resulting in an excellent product, he really served as a beacon of hope and light for me in this time.

I am very satisfied with the entire team and I recommend this company to anyone who wants a high quality, great looking and functioning contemporary website. Don't hesitate, take their offer! It's a great business model and they do a fabulous job.

The communication was very easy and straightforward. I was always informed about the next steps in e-mails and video tutorials. The whole process was very fast and transparent so I always knew what to do next. The only thing you need to pay for is the webhosting service but you'd have to do that anyway, even if you built your own website. If you want a special theme there is cost for that but if you pick a free theme, that's completely fine as well. In case I had any questions I could ask them anytime and the result is great! At the end, I received a handover video in which I was shown how to make changes to my site, customize it and fill it with my own content. The developers set up the website, install plugins, get rid of the things you don't need and have your site ready and running so you won't have to worry about technical stuff.

Like many others, I wasn't sure if this was a legitimate offer or if there were hidden cost - but I can assure you, there is not! You won't be asked for credit card information or the like!
