That they actually delivered as promised, for free, and made clear where paid add-ons would have been more suitable, but never pushed me into choosing them. Also, Sven was very professional and moved us through the gears quickly

If I'm to nitpick it's to be more explicit about the limited web development offered. Design is the focus, so after they're done, customization and insertion of content is still necessary.

They really do this for free. They can't do all the requests they get because they might have a lot, but it is really as they say, you just pay the hosting for your website and you have optional paid designs, but you can go with a totally free service.

Working with the free website guys has been a seamless and great experience. Since day one, the team has shown incredible ownership and expertise, helping me through the whole process which made it effortless on my side. I was really busy at the time and they took care of every little detail and kept me posted through the whole process. 
I liked the fact that they were really flexible and also acted as a consultant to see what would suit my business best. I am thankful for all the work and will continue to work with them in the future without any doubt!

The only thing they could have done was offer to include additional plugins that would help with an ecommerce site, like calculating estimated delivery dates, or sending tracking status notifications to customers.

The Free Website Guys were amazing and I would highly recommend them. I reached out to their team in needing assistance in creating my first website. I just created my company a few weeks ago and was new to everything and also was in the middle of studying for cybersecurity certifications so I did not have a lot of time to create a website. 

The quick response and amazing feedback I received from Sven and his team has been nothing short of 5 stars. I think they did a fantastic job spending between 6 - 10 hours on my website and having it be formatted to what I had in mind. My company is a cybersecurity company and I think this website is a great reflection of what I envision for my company's future.
