I felt that Sven and his team were with me every step of the way, providing easy-to-understand instructions for things that I had imagined would be extremely difficult for me if I had to try and figure it out myself. Not only were the written instructions straightforward, enabling me to know exactly what to expect and what to do, but Sven also provided short videos that didn’t make my eyes glaze over. They were clear, concise, and very timely.
