I would just like to what a fantastic job the 'Free Website' guys did. From the start they were professional and efficient. At every stage of the process they explained what they were doing and what was required of myself. When I was struggling to understand what to do (because of my lack of know-how) someone was in immediately in touch to support me to complete the task.
Communication was constant and I was updated on an almost daily basis. They have been able to guide me through all the steps required to develop a website. Whilst I use computers on a daily basis, I have NO experience or understanding the area of website design.
