I would just like to what a fantastic job the 'Free Website' guys did. From the start they were professional and efficient. At every stage of the process they explained what they were doing and what was required of myself. When I was struggling to understand what to do (because of my lack of know-how) someone was in immediately in touch to support me to complete the task. 

Communication was constant and I was updated on an almost daily basis. They have been able to guide me through all the steps required to develop a website. Whilst I use computers on a daily basis, I have NO experience or understanding the area of website design. The fact that they were able to guide me through the process says a great deal about the service they provide. A big thank you from me.

The website creation and design project involved a 6 step-by-step processes from getting hosting for our site and then working on backend set-up (plugins, security enhancement, SEO settings and permalinks). Then the following tasks involved helping us select a theme that best matched our vision and customising the theme as per our instructions. 

Then they did the final configurations on Google Analytics and the Console and winded down by updating the content and sending videos to assist with furture edits we would like to do.
