We are Tripping India adventure tours, we are a small bunch of adventure travel enthusiasts that are working real hard to build a community of adventurous Indians who would love to travel and do adventure activities along with it.

We were working as a blog and information portal for about 4 years, and it was a real challenge to transverse that blog image into a transactional travel package provider website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Entirety by word of mouth from a friend and decided to hire them because of the attractive portfolio and impressive pricing.

We had a brainstorming session with Mr. Upendra from Entirety, he presented a PPT presentation of the design options, website architecture types and technological options we can adopt to meet our needs. After a 1 hour long meeting we decided to go with a clean Wordpress+Woocommerce website with Tours and Destinations as the major categories to navigate.

3 People in total Mr. Upendra as my client relationship manager Collaborated with Mr. Rahul for sending over my data and other media content Also had a call with a guy from the finance team once about the payment modes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Entirety transformed our travel blog into a neat and clean travel company with online booking option.

I really liked the concept of a dedicated client relationship manager to communicate whenever I wanted. Unlimited revisions made it even more easier for me to finalize our website. Mostly all the communication was carried out over Whatsapp and calls, with minimum email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Highly responsive team, we even had a discussion at 11:00 PM once.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Delivery speed of the revisions was relatively very slow, they delivered the website really fast but the revisions took double time.
