I’m the founder of a consumer mobile development company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dipa Inhouse?

We needed someone to provide us with UI/UX design.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dipa Inhouse provided us with overall UI/UX design and helped me improve my designs for the mobile app screens I initially created. They delivered 10–20 pixel-perfect screens through the utilization of Figma and implemented a consistent design across all of them.

What is the team composition?

I mainly worked with Barly (UI Designer) and three other team members.

How did you come to work with Dipa Inhouse?

We found them on a design discovery board like Pinterest and decided to give them a try based on their experience in developing a trading app.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested less than $5,000 on this project’s phase.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2021–February 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re still in the development phase, but my internal team really liked the designs that Dipa Inhouse delivered.

How did Dipa Inhouse perform from a project management standpoint?

I had no complaints about the project management as their pricing was competitive, and they were very timely with their feedback.

We initially had Zoom meetings with them, but started communicating regularly through email and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their biggest strength is their proficiency in design. They went above and beyond to deliver amazing and surprising designs that we didn’t even ask for.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Our partnership was a perfect engagement, so I wouldn’t change anything.
