We needed help with digital marketing and PPC.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DigitalTechz does our digital marketing for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. They manage our accounts, get food photographers for us, and contact our customers online. Their team also gets contact information from people who message on Facebook, and they pass their data on to our team so they can follow up with them.

What is the team composition?

We work with three members of their team, including a content generator and someone who makes the posts.

How did you come to work with DigitalTechz?

They were recommended to us by a friend.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent $1,500 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before engaging with them, we had about 400 customers, and now we have 900. Our name has reached many people, our posts look good, and they meet our expectations.

How did DigitalTechz perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is good because they have a great team that is always on time. Also, at least one team member will respond to us nearly immediately, no matter the time. In terms of communication, we use email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They understand our business well; we explained to them who we are and what we’re doing, and in a few days, they came up with a great plan.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve some of their designs.

We hired DigitalTechz to provide our company with social media marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DigitalTechz provided a wide range of services on a premium budget. They managed our social media marketing campaigns, running our ads and promotions on every social media platform. They also created non-skippable ads for us on Youtube.

What is the team composition?

Around 20 people from their team worked with us. Ten people handled development, while the rest were tasked with social media marketing.

I got a referral from a person who had already worked with them. I researched DigitalTechz and was super convinced to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $1,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement began in November 2020. This particular project has already come to an end, but we will be working with them again soon on another project.

DigitalTechz was excellent. Their work helped your company gain more engagements and secure over 10 more customers. 

How did DigitalTechz perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very responsive, and they quickly delivered anytime we needed them to. We appreciate that they provided project updates as these gave us insight into what they would be doing for the following months. We communicated through Google Meet, WhatsApp, Slack, and direct calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their campaigns and creativity were very impressive. They were also very friendly and welcoming towards their clients.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don't have any complaints. They delivered as we agreed.

Provide them with the details needed to execute your project. They are one of the best digital market agencies in Singapore and India, so you can trust them to deliver.
