The application to connect MetaMask wallets was first created by Dev Technosys and integrated with OpenSea SDK, allowing us to integrate NFTs into our Mandolin platform exhibition experience for buying and bidding. It took them four weeks to complete. After that, they worked on a second project for five to six weeks while we conceptualized platform 2.0.
We utilized a third party's FullContact platform, and we integrated our authentication service with a custom AWS data pipeline developed by Dev Technosys using Lambda. When a person registers or purchases a ticket, we bounce their email against FullContact in order to store user data in our data warehouse. This gives us access to publicly available data on household income, demographics, and other categories.

We were able to move quickly to initiate action. We had a large engineering crew, but we also exercised extreme discipline in managing the project. It also sent a strong statement to the market about our degree of innovation and was imperative to have them in before developing anything.

The project appeared simple at first, but as Dev Technosys created the initial wire plans, it became much more intricate! The technology stack utilized to create the Laravel PHP framework Mobile Application Ionic v5 and Laravel API, as well as the Android and iOS applications, is shown below.
WebRTC and Firebase servers for the Amazon AWS video calling system. The entire video transmitting system was built using WebRTC and Firebase technologies. Firebase and PeerJS are WebRTC wrappers used by video streaming systems. The two devices first establish a handshake using Firebase, and then PeerJS is used to establish the real connection (peer-to-peer video).
After that, an ionic system is installed around this system to help us accomplish a number of functions (mute/unmute audio, enable/disable video feed, disconnect call, recognize Bluetooth-connected device [for audio feed]) on a calling system.

Our last interaction was about four years ago regarding the finalization of the project, according to our email records. However, despite this gap, we still consider you a valued client and are fully committed to providing any assistance possible. We've reached out via email offering our support as well. The project was successfully delivered, and we possess a signed-off document from your end. It's possible that any review you've posted might have been misplaced. As per our records, this project was completed in the early months of 2020, and we obtained your sign-off during that time. And project price was $9200 not that you mentioned in review.
Upon checking your website, it appears that the issue lies in the expiration of your domain and hosting. Unfortunately, we are unable to rectify this as you have your own credentials for AWS. According to our records, after 2020, you engaged another development team, so we suggest coordinating with them regarding the current status. How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I searched online for options. I considered an interviewed a few including other agencies and individual developers offering their services on gig platforms/marketplaces. I was pleased with my initial interaction and interview of Dev Technosys, i also searched for reviews online that helped me make the final decision to go with then
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The scope included delivery of an interactive webapp with 3 user types: Admin, customers and vendors. A seperate mobile application (Android and IOS) for delivery drivers The web app has both a marketplace and a social media platform for consumers to be inspired and also be able to get all they need to create their hairstyle and beauty inspirations delivered.
We had several initial scoping calls from which a detailed SRS and project scope documents were created. Additionally a milestone and timeline document was created. These activities were repeated everytime I had changes in the scope and requirements. The many pivots were well received and accounted for.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked with a series of people over the years including the CEO, Business analyst, Project managers, System analyst and occasionally the developers were present on calls. The majority of my direct interactions was with the Business analyst and project manager.

IOS mobile app is currently being finalized and shared The deliverables were high quality and met expectations.
They thought of and considered important factors that I had not even communicated or thought of myself. They were receptive to feedback and promptly worked to make corrections and fixes

They had an internal project management tool but had an external milestone and timeline document I had access to to track what was being done and when. Developers attended calls as needed. Communications were primarily through emails and occasional calls
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They were very patient with me. They were very open to feedback and receptive of multiple pivots and redirection. They took responsibility for and promptly attended to defects. They communicated well and followed up appropriately.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Overall they did well. Some things were lost in translation and communication on a few occasions but that’s not unexpected, it mattered that they properly handled them and fixed any defects
