It's almost like a job portal. Once someone is hired, they're taken off the database.

The responsiveness. They don't charge extra for more changes. They work long hours to make sure everything is to your specifications. We were really happy with the quality.

We didn't have enough developers in the United States to finish our projects, and we needed someone that had expertise in various software languages as well as the ability to work with various APIs [application programming interfaces]. This team has all of the necessary skills that we needed including the mobile development side as well as the web side and desktop development side. One of the biggest challenges we have when we're dealing with all our clients is the fact that some of our clients have an idea but, sometimes, it's not fully baked. This team has shown us that we might be going down one path and need to change it completely. They're open to change, which is critical for my clients. We're really focusing on companies that are startups and, from a pricing standpoint, they were ideal to work with as well.

I didn't have a designer on staff so they provided the design layout for some of the screens. They gave us multiple options that we could look at. Then, they did the coding after it was approved – HTML and PHP – all the necessary CSS, JavaScript, and mySQL. They developed and tested the product from start to finish. They also provided feedback about what they thought might work better.

I use various referral services, and I came across them on Upwork. I vet, and I go through recommendations, I want to see some of the client work that they've done before. Once we start to feel comfortable that the developer has ample experience in what we're looking for, then we interview them and vet them.

They just completed a mobile app that will have 40 to 45 screens. They divided the complete project into modules with timelines. They were able to complete everything on a perfect timeline. I'm not a technical person, so I have some issues on how to manage technical issues that arise. DevTechnosys is always there to assist. The project management was awesome.

There are many companies available in India. DevTechnosys differentiated themselves from others because they are a complete solution package that ranges from design to development to marketing. They have a marketing team that promotes the app or website after it's completed. They have great project management. Their overall process is great. They create wireframes, mockups, and specification document. That helps you understand the process. They're experts with the technical side. Their communication is good. There are very complex algorithms and calculations in my projects that made them very difficult. They were able to complete everything on time, which I really appreciated

It wasn't an enterprise resource platform system, but it was enough to allow me to get orders done. That project is in process now.

I interviewed 15 firms. I'm technical by nature. I've managed business units and software engineering people that did the same thing. I can't code but I have a working knowledge of technology. I chose DevTechnosys based on the research that they did for my proposal. They asked questions that were not confined to the scope that I had provided. What sold me on them was their business analysts. They interacted with me through the process. Their responsiveness and attention to detail was good.

Development is not cut and dry, it's a very dynamic environment. Overall, DevTechnosys kept in touch on a regular basis, which is key. You have to be flexible on both sides with the schedule. Once you start coding, you don't know what you don't know. The key is communication and ensuring that if we had to expand or contract something the responsiveness was there.

It came down to feeling as if you had a partner. I felt their customer service was good. I would recommend them to people. They delivered. I had high expectations in terms of the technology.
