What impressed us most about the HalalBox project was the team’s clear vision and commitment to serving an underserved market. Throughout the project, they provided detailed requirements, timely feedback, and strong collaboration, which enabled efficient development of both the mobile applications and web administration platform.

Are there any areas for improvement or something codeclinch could have done differently?

Overall, CodeClinch delivered the core HalalBox app and web admin successfully. One area for improvement would be providing more frequent progress updates during development, especially around timelines, testing status, and pending fixes. They could also improve by offering more detailed documentation for the admin panel, app features, and future maintenance needs. This would make it easier for the HalalBox team to manage updates, onboard stores, and scale the platform after launch. Professional version: There were no major issues with the delivery. However, more frequent status updates, clearer technical documentation, and additional post-launch guidance would have made the process even smoother.
