Data warehouse Operations Automation and Maintenance Development which includes Data Engineering activities in ETL (Pentaho/Python Jupyter Notebooks), ELT (Snowflake SQL Wrappers), (Other Environments include Jenkins , Docker and AWS systems with S3, Postgresql )

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We started our Project to handle Production Data warehouse jobs maintenance with 5 people and went on to 12 people with more development/ data analytics/BI work scope added to the scope, Over the last 2 years, the Team showed excellent ownership by quickly resolving issues and helping us in new product development activities beyond operational work when needed.  Last year we also had Organizational changes happen and Data Analytics work scope was added. This includes -

1. Understanding Technical/Business issues and following the run-books to perform break-fixes by escalating to SME's in the Team. 
2. Understanding the Adtech Business domain and then providing data analysis with Visualizations/insights/custom reports for our customers.

Canopus Management quickly arranged their skill set for our needs and excelled at their job making our change management smooth and giving us excellent results when Data Analytics team was added. (This saved an additional 500K per year and expect these savings to continue over the Years)
