We engaged them to develop a new website and add sections and plugins that we requested and custom create the framework that we needed to accomplish our requirements. Our goal for the project was to get our new site launched with a new streamlined process and excellent user experience. It started with developing wireframes, followed by design and flows of how users would interact with the site.

We found them through searching on Google and booking a free consultation through their website

We had a kick-off meeting where we met the account manager and the team that would be working on the website. From there, they started building out each page's framework and once the rough draft was approved, the development task began. Shortly after, we obtained page designs and icons as well as banners and custom-designed pages that we can use for our other marketing collaterals. We used a software called markup to leave feedback for brandlume and from there the project continued to develop

We worked closely with the account manager, John and a few developers occasionally from time to time. He was always on top of all the moving pieces was very responsive when we needed some more elaborate changes to the website.

Our website, which went live earlier this year, looks and feels fantastic. We're excited to proceed with exploring ways to add and further improve our new site!

Swift and painless. Anytime I needed to make changes or to the arrangement or design of the website, my account manager was quick to respond and tremendously helpful with suggestions as well.

The most impressive highlight of BrandLume is their excellent customer support. without our account manager and the development team, our website would have turned out a lot flatter and more boring. They were great at providing constructive feedback

Not at all, everything went extremely smooth.

We were aiming to increase our websites traffic originally, we also wanted to obtain a higher ranking of google search placement. In turn, we were basically looking to get more sales through both organic search and paid search.

We had a dedicated account manager, a PPC and SEO expert. Usually, our meetings had up to 5 team members on the call with us at one time, but that doesn't include various other teams in web dev/Design/UX that jumped in for support when needed.

The SEO services provided produced thousands of % increase in traffic, with hundreds of % increases in conversions. We've obtained business that would have never come had it not been for the SEO that BrandLume executed. PPC is constantly growing, developing and bringing new leads efficiently. They are always quick to provide ways we can improve as well and do not hold back on their feedback. It's the most important aspect of their support to us in their ongoing support.

Very painless and fast. Our account manager would communicate back to us the same day that we had any questions and always ensured that we were satisfied by the decisions.

They are very perceptive and hands-on. Our plans are successful due to their proactive and hands-on approach, and their desire to be authentically open so we can make an actionable change in our approaches if something is hindering our success.

There was some miscommunication at the start but those were quickly settled and work became efficient.

We started with first an intake form explaining what I was looking for in a site. We had many zoom calls on the functionality and talked about cost and where the website will be hosted. Then BrandLume went to create the first draft. After first draft, i commented on many things and they updated the draft with a final version, which i was happy with.

There were about 5+ people. Everyone from account manager, web designer, accounting, email support, sales team, etc.

The outcome was amazing. I ended up with a great website with live chat, amazing functionality, amazing calendar, easy and clean design.

It was very effective. They had a website to make comments on the website draft, which made it easy.

They had made make unique designs on our website.

Faster communication via email or phone conversations rather than zoom would be nice time to time. But otherwise it was good overall.
