Brainvire Infotech Inc has great communication skills. They give us their input and always tell me if something isn’t a good idea. 

Regarding technology, we usually use Skype and GoToMeeting. If something urgent comes up, I visit their office so we can discuss it in person.  The team even delivered before the deadlines we set.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Brainvire Infotech Inc definitely knows what they’re doing and understands what their customers want. As a one-stop shop, they have a solution for everything.

It would be nice if they could assign one specific person to do the entire process.

Don’t think twice about working with Brainvire Infotech. They aren’t too expensive, which has been great for us as a startup. I encourage future clients to go for it and hire them. They will get the work done.

We’re pleased with the work done by their team, and they’ve given us ideas for improving customer experience and enhancing our site. We’d had some compatibility issues with it in the past, but the team managed to deliver a working version.

The app, which is integrated with Facebook and Instagram, allows users to chronicle meaningful or trivial life events and store them as memories to view in the future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have launched the app, but we’re still conducting some last-minute fixes. Still, I’m satisfied with how the app turned out. We’re already discussing future iterations. The design is visually impressive, and the technical quality is strong. This was an extensive process that saw us make several scope changes. Brainvire Infotech was flexible and patient because they believe in building a successful product.

I was always updated regarding their progress. We communicated well through Jira, Skype, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

There was never a technical element that they weren’t able to accomplish. They’re so advanced technologically that they always seemed to find the right answers. Their greatest strength is taking ideas and using their skill set to bring them to life.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I preferred to be responsible for the written content within the app, but having their team start that process is helpful. They have room to grow, however, in their written English. I had to clean up some grammatical errors. Having a more experienced English speaker on their staff would mitigate that problem.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Their team told me how appreciative they were of how involved I was in the development process. They sometimes have clients that assign the work and don’t respond to communication. I’d recommend being an active participant in the building process.

I’m the former CEO and current COO of Surfmii Promotions. We’re developing a platform that connects direct consumers with marketing vendors and agencies.

We wanted to provide a business directory that offered information on vendors and some insight regarding their offerings and skillsets. We needed a partner to provide consulting and development services throughout the building process.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brainvire Infotech built our digital business directory, allowing users to search using geolocation, keywords, or names. They’re provided with a corresponding results page that lists available B2B or B2C agencies. For the development, we used open-source PHP solutions, including the WordPress CMS.

They assigned an account manager, who was my main contact, but I was free to interact with the rest of their team as well. I don’t have an exact number, but I estimate there were around 10–12 developers and other resources involved in the background.

In one of our many Google searches, we came across their website and reached out. We really liked their initial approach and consulting style, so we decided to partner with them.

We spent around 45 lakhs (4.5 million INR or $60,615 USD).

The project lasted from January–May 2018, but we first spoke with their team in December 2017. As a startup, we’ll be adding more functionalities in the future, so I plan to maintain a strong relationship with their team.

The experience was amazing. Initially, we only had a basic idea, so Brainvire Infotech was instrumental in helping us conceptualize our product. They developed our idea, and the results are promising so far. They really delivered—using cutting-edge technologies and working seamlessly with my team.

I’m not sure how they managed the project on their end, but they usually delivered work before their estimated completion date. In that sense, it was a perfect collaboration.

We were developing an application based around loyalty. We have dealers as our business and trading partners and wanted to create a club program for them. Brainvire Infotech Inc developed the web portal using Java and Spring. On the frontend, they used HTML5 with AngularJS.

We needed help with developing our company’s new app. Functionally, this mobile platform provides services for our customers who have purchased property in Serbia. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

We tasked Brainvire Infotech with building native versions of our app for both iOS and Android. They used the wireframes and UI our marketing team had produced as a framework for the design. We contributed feedback from our end to ensure it adhered to our company’s strict brand guidelines. The majority of their contributions involved development, but they also provided valuable input about how we could improve specific processes.

Our mobile platform includes built-in features for customers to check their balance and view invoices for property maintenance. Service requests logged into the app are submitted internally to our service team. Once received, our employees can start resolving the issue in question. The app’s most important feature is a payment gateway that lets customers pay for service charges. 

What is the team composition?

Brainvire Infotech assigned strong resources to our project. We were in communication with Chintan (CEO, Brainvire Infotech) and another senior employee, who are driving forces of the company. Once we awarded them the contract, they assigned us a point of contact. Their business model includes a team lead who works onsite and coordinates with the offshore developers. The technical team that built our app was based in India.

We were referred to Brainvire Infotech. As part of any new initiative that we do, we had multiple vendors go through a technical evaluation. Based on the results, they were the best vendor who could meet our requirements.

We worked on the project from May–August 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our app is currently available in both the App Store and Google Play. We just launched a couple of weeks ago and have already started to see service requests come through. The team is monitoring the number of downloads. 

Brainvire Infotech is adding new enhancements and will conduct multiple releases shortly. Since new requirements will continue to emerge, it’s an ongoing process. The first version of our app is only built for use in Serbia. However, because we operate and deliver properties in multiple countries, we’ll eventually need to make corresponding versions for each one.

We’ve had a great experience working with Brainvire Infotech. Projects of this nature always involve certain hurdles, but it’s worked well overall from a technical perspective. They kept issues to a minimum as we developed our app and published it on the App Store and Google Play. Most importantly, they’ve been very responsive and matched the exact speed our company wanted.

Brainvire Infotech is capable of providing the specific solution a customer is looking for. Technical skill is one of their strongest assets. They employ a talented set of developers.

They’ve built features for teachers to assign classes, generate attendance reports, and post assignments online. Students can also manage their calendar and exams.

I work with Chintan (CEO & President, Brainvire Infotech Inc.), who I’ve met in-person. I also worked Maharshi (Lead Business Analyst, Brainvire Infotech Inc.), Rahul (Team Lead, Brainvire Infotech Inc.), a project manager, and a specialist that helped me set up the Amazon Web Services (AWS) database. There’s also a team of developers behind the scenes.

The platform is ready but I want to add other key features I left out initially. Once we get that done, we should be able to go live. Before we finish the project, I’d like to do a video call with all the developers to thank them for doing a phenomenal job. I’m completely satisfied with their on-time performance and thorough bug fixes. The team routinely goes above and beyond. They’ll call me when it’s late on their side to accommodate the time difference. The team won’t move forward without my complete understanding and approval, which I appreciate.

Brainvire Infotech is consistent and provides accurate timeline estimates; they don’t overpromise and underdeliver. The team is also honest about their own expectations and potential challenges. Communication has been great. We interact with two points of contact via Skype, email, and phone. I also speak with the CEO in-person and over the phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team is wonderful to work with and their past education work benefited our relationship. The collaboration was seamless; at times, it felt like Maharshi was reading my mind. Maharshi mapped out the features exactly how I wanted them.

The team is honest and fulfills promises. Clients should clearly outline their vision, but also ask for Brainvire Infotech’s opinion. The team will guide clients without imposing their ideas on them. For example, they added a few features that weren’t in the contract from these collaborative consultations. Even though I had a vision, Brainvire Infotech exceeded the scope because they’ve understood my goals.

We’ve never used an intricate system for database management before. We started off with a simple Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, but that couldn’t be used by multiple people simultaneously. We then tried Dropbox but quickly migrated to Google Drive. That worked well for several years, but mobile connectivity has greatly influenced India. We needed a development firm to create a mobile app that interacts with our Google Drive database.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brainvire Infotech Inc prepared a project analysis that I edited extensively. During those editing stages, I added images to demonstrate how I wanted everything to look. Instead of using Google Drive, they suggested we develop a web-based app that could use MySQL. I decided to move forward with their recommendation.

They built the web app for using MySQL, Java, and Angular.js. They also developed a mobile app for Android. The platform is currently meant for internal use only and we’re still fixing a few minor bugs. Once that’s complete, we’ll port over the data from the Google Drive. We plan on further scaling the project and launching the app as a software as a service (SaaS) product for brokers.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their hands-on approach helped ensure a successful project. Without their guidance, I wouldn’t have scaled the project to the level it’s at today. We’re running both systems concurrently. We’re going through testing right now, so I won’t know the productivity stats until we’ve gone live and ported all the data. I’m quite sure the new system will help us a lot as it has vastly more functionality than its predecessor. The app looks excellent has only experienced one crash in a particular module. Brainvire Infotech Inc proactively addresses any problems with the platform.

How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

They stuck to the schedule and regularly updated me with progress reports. They shared the Android package kit files with us for feedback. The platform went been going through several iterations and they informed us before each update. We reviewed their progress each week via Skype, email, phone calls, or in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their location is convenient because their office is easily accessible to us. The other firms we considered were too far away. Before the project began, their project manager was able to understand what I wanted and that made a big difference. They have a lot of experience using MySQL, Angular.js, and other technologies.

It was a superb experience and I wholeheartedly recommend Brainvire Infotech Inc. They’re sincere, straightforward, and hard-working people. At one point, I shared my concerns with them and we met together over the course of three days. We used their conference room facilities to discuss the project and get it back on track. They were welcoming, hospitable, and happily worked with me to find a solution.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Some of their programmers aren’t fluent in English. The in-app textual content includes spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. Future clients will have to thoroughly check the content before their project goes live.
