They developed the app and website from scratch. The app is for iOS and Android. We used to print calendars to the community, but we wanted to make an app that provided people with prayer times and features like live radio broadcast. People can ask questions through the app.

Atanu was the project manager and he seem like a nice guy until you realized everything that was suposed to be completed never got completed on time. they kept making excuses upon excuses.
Instead of doing it right the first time it took 5 to 6 times to get it right. Even when getting Murkish S. the CEO in charge instead of get his team to complete the work he has now stop the work, kept 75% of the payment and is refusing to finish the work unless i pay him and then he will give a shotty Source code.

The team at Brainium was making good progress until we faced the lockdown due to pandemic. There was a delay due to the lockdown because our entire team moved to work from home. Like other companies, we faced the challenge of setting up a remote team with the right infrastructure. We informed all clients about the delay.
In the month of May, while we were struggling with all this, we were affected by the severe Cyclone Amphan, killing 100 people and destroying the basic infrastructure of the city.
Most of our clients understood our position except Aaron. He started asking for a discount and was unwilling to pay the final payment. He posted a poor review and contacted the owner of the company. He started negotiating and told us that he would only improve or unpublish the review once we agreed to make the app live without the final payment.
We made the app live in both stores. He started asking for changes that were never-ending. He now wanted the app to be exactly like Tinder. Our team worked hard for three months without any payment just to address his changes. Our only goal was to keep the client happy.
Unfortunately, his demand was unrealistic and we stopped the work on changes. His app is live in both stores and has scored 5-star reviews which speaks our quality of work. He did not stop there. He charged back all amount that he paid us. So it tells who is wrong here.

My project included a bought theme being modified with my exact desires to suit my website needs.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
My website is the most detailed and specific in this field. Without them I wouldn’t be able to be competitive. I have only just opened but I know that as word travels about my site I will have a lot more to offer.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
I appreciated the effort by my project manager and was grateful to have her on my side. She kept in constant contact to let me know the status of my site.

Since its founding, Savvy Street has been hosted by Brainium. We have also asked them to do numerous short projects since then. The latest of these was to set up a donation acceptance facility on the website.
What were your goals for this project?
To make that experience seamless for the donors. To be accurate. And for the app to look good on screen. And to be financially safe.

As mentioned previously, we have used Brainium many times, and they have always delivered on the objecives at a reasonable cost.

In the past, they have set up Google Adsense, and improved upon a vast array of functionalities on the website.

To our knowledge, the team consisted of Sanjib Haldar, Dave Dutt, and Raju Mondal.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
It's much too early to say. The project was completed yesterday as I write this. And we are looking for retail donors to a charity organisation, which are never easy to find. That success will depend on congruence of mission and our marketing.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
We had a main liaison point at the company (The spelling is Sanjib Haldar). The main pont of contact at our end was myself.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The willingness to go the extra mile without complaining. The willingness to stay focussed until the client is fully satisfied.

On this project, everything went smoothly.
