Seemed the most professional of all the companies I spoke with and we were on the same page.

They handle all our firm's social media platforms content and distribution. Also handles our Google PPC campaigns and makes sure we are maximizing our ad spend.

Our firm has gained substantial solid followers and great branding through our social media marketing.

BOS is always on top of deadlines and meetings.

I feel like they are very genuine and truly want to help the company grow.

We hired BOSDigtial to develop branding for a new project. Our goal is to develop on continuing legal educational experiences.

We selected this vendor through recommendations from marketing professionals.

First we went through a discovery phase where the BOS team learned about our vision and helped us to sharpen our vision. They they developed communications strategies, keywords, and digital assets.

5 or 6 with various positions ranging from VP to Director Client Service.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

This work is ongoing so we do not have measurable outcomes yet.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had meetings as needed, which were in person and virtual. The meetings were brief and effective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What was most impressive was the care and attention that we received . They have excelled at learning about our unique project and helping us to refine our concepts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their work was personal and engaged. I think the pandemic created some distance, occasionally.

To increase following and engagement, help to boost SEO.

How did you select BOS Digital?

A referral from a friend.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

They post on my facebook and instagram 2 times per week and once per week on my Google My Business page. They have also done video editing for videos that I have posted to Instagram

What was the team composition?

I mostly work with 1 team member, but another member is also involved in meetings on occassion. They also enlist the help of a third team member for some of the copy writing, if I am not mistaken

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My revenue increased by about 40% from 2018 to 2019. Covid has put a damper on that in 2020, but my engagement and SEO are still strong

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very good. They are flexible and are constantly looking for ways to make communication more clear and seamless

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their customer service and ability to take constructive criticism with grace. They really care about their clients.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Perhaps helping me stay on top of inquiries that come in through social. We are actively working on this now.
