Scope of my project getting handled by them is to make sure my customers gets their questions or concerns addressed as soon as possible and whenever I have a product to establish, 360-support ensures that it reaches to my customers within the endline.

Some achievements include improving the customer satisfaction score by 30% within three months from the time when new processes were implemented. This is a clear reflection of our commitment toward excellent service, an element that has been indirectly validated through direct feedback from our clients.

they were available every day during the work days from 9AM CST to 6PM CST our time, even Jack (owner of 360-support) used to work off hours whenever we needed him.
