Given the complexity of the project and the added challenges of COVID-19, a few unforeseen issues did arise. The Interfulfillment team was quick to: identify the issue, produce a solution where possible, ask for a call to either align on their recommendation OR if they could not solve the problem on their own, bring us into the situation to help solve. This happened a few times in the process; Interfulfillment handled each hurdle with patience and a solution-oriented mindset. When we fell back on timelines, they leveraged their connections to have the products picked up as soon as they were ready and expedite the shipping.
