The test case creation was one sprint behind the current development sprint, as their team was very effective at maintaining the parity between new feature development and new test case creation. Moreover, whenever they needed to communicate significant changes in the time-and-materials fluctuation, they were forthright. As for communication tools, we used emails and Zoom meetings to communicate. We established a weekly cadence for check-ins and a daily cadence for communication between the team and the project manager. QualityLogic met deadlines and supplied strong project management. We worked with them for an extended period of time and never had to worry about project management because Andrew worked with us for the entire duration of our engagement. Their team was communicative and responsive. We communicated through Microsoft Teams and email and used Jira for project management. Ensure they have access to the platform that you’re working out of so they can cross-communicate and collaborate. If you let them into your process fully, they will be more successful and effective.
