I'm a project manager at Factcool, a profiting marketplace operating on 26 markets across Europe.

We needed their team's web design skills.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We've been dealing with technical issues on our existing website and thought it's high time to upgrade it. Unconditional Agency has helped us initiate this process by identifying our platform's vulnerabilities and devising possible solutions to address those.

Once our internal team has finalized the solutions to be deployed, Unconditional Agency has proceeded with the redesign phase. They've improved the UI/UX for a better navigation experience for both our staff and customers. Upon accomplishing this phase, we've gone through rounds of product testings to test the efficacy of each new solution.

Our ongoing collaboration started in September 2020. We're currently on a break as our coding language is being rewritten.
