We gained more customers, this made the entire process in our kitchen easier, and it is changing the lunch game in Iceland. However, we still have a lot ahead of us.

There were a few times when communication was disrupted. This was partly due to our firm being here in SF while Altabel is overseas, and some language miscommunication. However, these issues were resolved successfully.

There is a front PM who makes sure client relations are working. Once the project was established, our team worked directly with the programmer assigned to the project. There were a few notable times when deliverables were late. However, the issue was resolved after discussion and the client is very happy with the work they accomplished.

Also, we where looking for a software development company that could supplement my limited experience in software development. Altabel has been a perfect match for Knowie during our startup phase and will continue to be so going forward. Their big effort to understand our code, our team and digital teambuilding product quickly created a high degree of trust that allowed for early value creation. It also made it easy to match Knowie with the best suited developers that could both code and provide advice. Altabel have been pivotal for Knowies development as a startup and our high customer satisfaction, through their flexibility in scaling the provided development resources up and down, with short notice and their ability and willingness to jump in and put out urgent fires, to secure the best possible experience for our customers.

The vendor easily adapted to our agile approach and fitted right in with our project management tools such as Slack, Trello and even suggested new tools to improve flexible sharing and updating of mockups and wireframes.

As a startup we know very little about our future and our budgets are very fluid. They impress me with their understanding of our situation and finding excellent solutions for tricky situations.

In the beginning of the collaboration, the project could have benifitted from challening the brief, in case of unclarities. However, this was rather quickly adressed and functions very well today.
