A complete lack of technical issues or service requests now that Q&A is completed.

There were a few times when communication was disrupted. This was partly due to our firm being here in SF while Altabel is overseas, and some language miscommunication. However, these issues were resolved successfully.

There is a front PM who makes sure client relations are working. Once the project was established, our team worked directly with the programmer assigned to the project. There were a few notable times when deliverables were late. However, the issue was resolved after discussion and the client is very happy with the work they accomplished.

Their big effort to understand our code, our team and digital teambuilding product quickly created a high degree of trust that allowed for early value creation. It also made it easy to match Knowie with the best suited developers that could both code and provide advice. Altabel have been pivotal for Knowies development as a startup and our high customer satisfaction, through their flexibility in scaling the provided development resources up and down, with short notice and their ability and willingness to jump in and put out urgent fires, to secure the best possible experience for our customers.
