I’m the owner of Fivee Business Solutions LLC, a financial services company. We provide tax preparation, tax resolution, and small business formation services.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Zoek Marketing to accomplish for your financial services business?

We hired Zoek Marketing to create a professional landing page and a marketing strategy for our business. I am beyond frustrated with the service—or lack thereof—provided by Zoek Marketing and the complete lack of support from Bluevine. The Issue with Zoek.com: I paid Zoek $730.00 for a professional landing page and marketing strategy for my business. What followed was a series of unprofessional errors. 
First, I was sent a website link that wasn't even mine—it was a site built for me a year ago. This kind of incompetence is unacceptable when you are paying for "cutting-edge" service. When I tried to resolve this, the process was a headache, and I felt like my business goals were not a priority. The Issue with Bluevine: To make matters worse, my "bank," Bluevine, was absolutely useless in protecting me. 
I filed a dispute for this $730 transaction because the services provided were not what was promised. Bluevine sided with the merchant, claiming the service was "rendered" simply because Zoek threw together a template and sent me a link to an old project. The Bottom Line: Zoek Marketing is disorganized and provides subpar work for the price. 
Bluevine offers zero actual protection for small business owners when a merchant fails to deliver. Save your money and your sanity. Take your business to a marketing firm that knows what they are doing and a bank that actually stands behind its customers.

It was truly a pleasure working with this team from start to finish. Jason was incredibly responsive, always on top of his game, and clearly knows the ins and outs of fixing, redrawing, and refining every detail. Any time I had a question or needed an adjustment, he was quick to jump in and make it happen.

The website team, Mariana and Natalia, were equally fantastic. They were insightful, patient, and genuinely listened to what I wanted. They brought my vision to life and designed the website exactly how I asked, while also offering helpful suggestions that elevated the final result. The turnaround time was impressively fast, and the communication throughout the entire process was seamless.

Ryan, my sales rep, made the experience smooth and straightforward from the very beginning, setting clear expectations and making sure everything moved along efficiently.

Overall, the entire team was super responsive the whole time, and I truly appreciate the level of care and effort they put into their work. I also found the services to be well worth the money for everything that’s included. Having a full year of support for redesigning, designing, and fine-tuning my website gives me so much confidence moving forward. It really feels like a well-oiled machine with a strong, coordinated team behind it.

I’m beyond excited to be launching my website, and there’s no way I could have done it this quickly—or had it look this great—without such an amazing group of professionals. This is truly my A-team, and I’m grateful for all the hard work they’ve done.

They were attentive to my needs, kept me informed at every stage, and made the entire experience smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
