I changed account managers and now… I changed account managers and now Jessica is doing a good job. She gets back to me when I ask her to call me. I know my site is being worked on. It has been about 3 months now and I am not noticing a difference in the ranking. I did call customer service yesterday and talked to someone and they sent me a promo about leaving reviews on three sites and I would get 60% off my next month and they would run a check to see where I ranked and if I am not ranked then they will give me a month free. I know that they are not after my money and really want to do a good job for me.

First company I dealt with so I can't quite compare but when my first experience went so well, I will conitnue to work with them moving forward.  My account manager, Fernanda, was very helpful and easy to work with throughout the process. Jorge, the web developer made the magic happen.

I have no constructive feedback to provide - I'm happy.

It was truly a pleasure working with this team from start to finish. Jason was incredibly responsive, always on top of his game, and clearly knows the ins and outs of fixing, redrawing, and refining every detail. Any time I had a question or needed an adjustment, he was quick to jump in and make it happen.

The website team, Mariana and Natalia, were equally fantastic. They were insightful, patient, and genuinely listened to what I wanted. They brought my vision to life and designed the website exactly how I asked, while also offering helpful suggestions that elevated the final result. The turnaround time was impressively fast, and the communication throughout the entire process was seamless.

Ryan, my sales rep, made the experience smooth and straightforward from the very beginning, setting clear expectations and making sure everything moved along efficiently.

Overall, the entire team was super responsive the whole time, and I truly appreciate the level of care and effort they put into their work. I also found the services to be well worth the money for everything that’s included. Having a full year of support for redesigning, designing, and fine-tuning my website gives me so much confidence moving forward. It really feels like a well-oiled machine with a strong, coordinated team behind it.

I’m beyond excited to be launching my website, and there’s no way I could have done it this quickly—or had it look this great—without such an amazing group of professionals. This is truly my A-team, and I’m grateful for all the hard work they’ve done.
