Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The changes made to my website were not supposed to be published without my consent but they were published anyway. Zoek had misspelled words, no punctuation and improper grammar, furthermore the changes they made were in a completely different font, color and size.

They agreed to void the contract but refused to give me the setup fee of $100 that was paid for these errors to be published on my website. Absolute scam and unethical business practices.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Obviously horrible

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Absolutely nothing. They were unprofessional, and threatened to keep deducting money out of my bank acct. even after they sent the cancellation confirmation

Are there any areas for improvement?

I won’t give a company that represents itself like this a second chance. The entire process needed improvement.

So far it has just been 1 month, it is very early to say but the work I am seeing so far looks actually good and promising, I will update my review after 3 months and give me a more accurate rating.

Actually, there are many vendors on the market. However, Go Zoek offered me a bilingual service which really needs my company right now. As well as a great support.
