• After register/login, the user will be directed to the home page. The home page will display the profile of the people around. Their age, age of their children, no. of weeks of pregnancy if any and most important the distance at which the other user is.
• Users can swipe left too in case he/she doesn't like anyone (tinder-like feature)
• User can swipe right if he/she likes someone. By swiping right, the user can know more about the person like his interests, the user can also see more of his/her pictures.
• By swiping right again the user will get to see a small introduction about the user like his Bio, language he/she speaks, Hometown, etc.
• By clicking on the profile picture user get to see a detailed version of the user’s profile. Which includes his/her kids, interests, photos everything.
• Two options will be given below “Nudge” and “Reject”. User may choose accordingly.
• User will have Filter to do various settings. ○ If the user wants to show his home address or wants to show his current location ○ Who can contact him/her? ○ Within what radius the user wants to keep up. ○ The age group of children ○ Does he/she want to see “skipped users” again or not

• For the first time when the user will go to this page, the user will see a few questions like ○ What kind of events are you looking for you?

For e.g. outdoor or indoor, sports or reading books ○ For Whom are you looking for? Like for your children, couple activity or parents and kid activity ○ When you wish to perform today, tomorrow, next week or one has to select date and time 3○ And then one has to add location ○ After this user will click on the Apply filter. Then the application will search for events and classes according to the user preference. ○ On top of the page, there will be three tabs indicating “Activities”, “Favorites” and “Hosting”.

○ When user will click on the “Activity” tab, list of Activities will appear. ○ At the right corner of every activity, there is a star symbol. User can click on that star symbol to add the activity in the favorites. ○ Activities that have been added to the favorite section will be visible separately under the “Favorites” tab. ○ Last option is of “Hosting”. Under this tag, the user can create his own event, entry or class and will send an invitation. User will give a full description of the event i.e when, where, what and for whom.

○ Then the user will send invitation either to the connections or it can be public or it can be an open invitation within a certain radius for eg. within 5 km it will pop up to all the application users.

• Types of Activity There can be two types of activities. It can be an event or it can be a Class.

○ Event ■ By clicking on any event in the “activities” tab user will come to know about the details of the event. ■ Date and time of the Event ■ No. of people liked the even ■ The age group that can attend the event. ■ Description of the event that what will be exactly done over there on that day ■ Participants that are participating in the event. ■ Location of the event

■ In the end, there will be a button that says “I am in”. Clicking that button will confirm your registration to that event. ○ Class ■ By clicking on any class in the “activities” tab user will come to know about the details of the class. ■ This click will take the user to the other screen which will have 5 tabs. Those are Overview, Gallery, Teacher, Rating, and Contact.

■ Overview will have general information about the class explaining what class is about. What will be the timing of the class? How many times a week the class will be conducted? Which age group can join it? Reviews of the class. Etc. ■ Gallery will have picture form the class ■ Teachers tab will have a list of the teachers/instructors with their 4 specialization.

■ Rating tab will have the rating of the teachers given by the people. ■ Contact will have the contact information Payment & Booking ● Booking ○ Next Screen will be of the booking. User needs to select the Date and Time slot. ○ Then the user will select the number of children/person which will take part in the activity. ○ Next Screen will be of the “Order Details”. It will show the total payment that has to be done by the user.

• Payment ○ For payment customer will have 3-4 options. Paypal, Credit card, Invoice with Klarna, Gift card, etc. ○ User can use any of these according to his or her comfort.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within 8 months, the entire project was implemented without big issues. After an extensive closed beta, the application went live and is currently used by more than 6000 parents in Germany.

Zignuts’ team constantly meets deadlines, and they’re quick and flexible. We’ve had some miscommunication over the telephone because we aren’t technical people. We switched to collaborating through Slack, and now everything is okay.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Zignuts is flexible whenever we come up with a new idea, and they’re happy to accommodate changes. Additionally, their communication skills are excellent.

I can’t think of anything.

Make a contract with milestones, and divide the payment accordingly. Use an app like Slack to communicate so there won't be any verbal misunderstandings.

What challenge were you trying to address with Zignuts Technolab?

We wanted to develop a customer journey and flow management mobile application.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially provided Zignuts Technolab with the requirements and the features we needed, which were documented on our side. We also gave them the wireframes and backlog that contained all the features so they could start development.

The app is a customer flow management and bookkeeping system. Customers can book their appointments and virtual ticket before they go to the service provider. It’s a native app, so it’s available on Android and iOS.

What is the team composition?

We have full-time resources for this project. During the peak time, we had ten people working, and it hasn’t gone below six.

The CTO has overlooked things and been involved in the project. Also, we have a technical lead, a business analyst, a part-time designer, and back-, frontend, and full-stack developers.

How did you come to work with Zignuts Technolab?

We interviewed different companies from different countries, and we liked how Zignuts Technolab took the time to understand the project before moving forward with the scope. They thoroughly studied our requirements and suggested the right technologies for us.

Then, they sent us all the documentation about how they saw the project from their point of view. We had a couple of sessions to discuss, brainstorm, and modify things. We liked that they took the project seriously, gave it the attention, and put in effort and know-how towards its success.

Also, they were cheaper than others when it came to price comparison.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent between $80,000–$90,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in October 2020, and we launched the app in March 2021. However, our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We‘ve had over 35,000 downloads so far. Our rating is around 4.4 in the Play Store and 4.5 in the Apple Store. Also, we’re now scaling the product.

How did Zignuts Technolab perform from a project management standpoint?

During development, we had weekly meetings to review the scope and plan for the next period. The CTO was on top of any issues. He attended every meeting until we launched the application.

Overall, they’re available whenever we need help and support, and the CTO is very experienced with technologies and backend architecture. They also give us that support, so we feel confident that the architecture is solid and scalable. Overall, it’s been good, and we are happy.

We use Slack and Jira for communication and project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

From our experience, Zignuts Technolab is familiar with what’s going on in the ecosystem and an expert with the latest technology. They’re up to date in machine learning, AI, and integration with other platforms, which we needed to enhance some core features.

The attention and thought they give to the project make them stand out from the crowd. We interviewed several companies, and some just gave us a financial proposal. We felt that they didn’t go into the details or care about understanding the features required, which could cause a lot of hiccups and challenges in the future.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Maybe they need to understand scalability better. The product is scalable to a certain point, but it could be much more beyond that. They should strategize the resources and skillsets needed to match the future expectations of the project.

Going forward, they shouldn’t underestimate the work and architecture required. For now, it’s good, but they should consider a more solid approach towards the project’s success as we go on.

Meet with them twice a week at a minimum and have short series of sprints rather than once every two weeks.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started with an idea, and it evolved as we worked on it. The concept and the development happened in parallel. When we decided to work with Zignuts Technolab on the first phase, we ended up developing our concept further.

They’re currently developing a rewards and wellness marketplace, and we’re learning what features we should offer to our users. We're also going to work on a web platform in a couple of weeks. The platform will have real-time location tracking, and users can earn rewards from their exercise efforts. It will also have API integrations with Garmin, Apple Watch, and more.

What is the team composition? 

We usually work with 4–8 people from Zignuts Technolab. The team's size changes depending on the project's stage.

How did you come to work with Zignuts Technolab?

I looked at a few articles and company profiles on LinkedIn. Then, I contacted 4–5 companies and had video calls with three. One was based in Vietnam and one was in the Philippines. I also looked at their online presence and their body of work.

When I spoke to Zignuts Technolab's business development executive, they seemed more capable of guiding us. Since we didn't have any technical background, we chose the team because of their expertise and their flexibility to accommodate our needs.

We've spent around $20,000. Initially, we worked with the team on an hourly basis. Then, we went on with a fixed model.

We started working with Zignuts Technolab in July 2020, and it’s ongoing.

We haven’t launched the app yet, but Zignuts Technolab has been efficient throughout the project. Overall, they provide good value to us.

How did Zignuts Technolab perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate through Skype, Google Meet, and Zoom. They’re able to manage the project quite well, and they’re flexible in doing what’s needed to make the project go further. We also appreciate their transparency.

At the beginning stages, we've had a project manager who just followed instructions. When we asked them to advise us more because they were experts, they've been able to work much better after our feedback.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have an extensive breadth of work, and they’re willing to take work from both startups and big companies. We've also been impressed that they allowed us to pay on a milestone basis. Their services are not cheap, but their pricing is very reasonable. Overall, they're a solid team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’d like to have more confirmations by email. However, there’s nothing major that comes to mind. We’re quite satisfied with Zignuts Technolab's outputs, and we’ll recommend them to our associates.

We’ve worked with developers that had trouble understanding what we wanted, but Zignuts Technolab is very good at working out what we need and what we want. Our thinking isn’t as structured as that of someone with a technical background, but Zignuts Technolab's senior leaders are quite good at fleshing out what we need to help us work through the mess.

The Project/Tasks we've assigned the Zignuts developer where fulfilled to our expectations, so we consider the collaboration a success and would work with Zignuts again in the future

We used a shared slack channel to keep in contact with the team at Zignuts but had full control over the development cycle at all time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were really impressed by how fast Zignuts was able to provide an experienced developer to fit our needs and how flexible they where about it.

The only not positive thing we can say about Zignuts, is that India and Switzerland have a different culture, which isn't a bad thing, but has lead to misunderstandings about ex. the scope of single tasks in the beginning. After a short time we've managed to find a common language however and from there it was smooth sailing!

They provide good feedback and communication is frequent. They share the code with me, and so far, things are going along smoothly. I like working with them. 

How did Zignuts Technolab perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Slack and have regular Skype meetings. We have a test environment in AWS where I can see their coding progress as well. I’m happy with their response times. They usually respond to me within a few hours. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a range of developers, so no matter what the project is, they probably have someone who has the needed skill set. It’s also nice that they automatically assign a project manager when you’re working with multiple developers without charging more. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. I’m very satisfied with their work. They even said that if I ever come up with a project that requires new skills to recruit somebody that has them. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

I would say just give them a nice detailed specification document so that you've got something to work off. It’s also helpful to set up communication channels and meetings, especially if there’s a time difference between you.

I’m the CEO of a SAAS provider. We do anonymous visitor identification, call tracking, email tracking, and review managing.

Based on our architecture, we’d written our frontend in Angular 1. Google changed the framework, so we were forced to re-write our frontend so it could still be compatible. We sought out a partner to rewrite it to a different technology, which is when we found Zignuts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, they started with one of our interfaces back in July of last year. We successfully deployed that completed project and started working on our main interface. They worked on UI, HTML graphic design, and the frontend JavaScript development that goes along with that. We’re about halfway through. They also provide project management.

 As with any partner, you have to find that balance of how to work together. Once we did, things have gone extremely well.

What impacted the project was create admin side of things so i can see how books an appointment and see how my payment system works. This make a big difference in that for a business.

Users receive full access to a location-based community without having to worry about lengthy applications, unpredictable wait times and uncomfortable language barriers.

The technical team consist of iOS developer, Android developer, web developer, project manager, UI UX designer, CTO.

We have now an amazing product, but we still didn't launch and we are launching in the next couple of days.

In the beginning, it was hard to communicate just because of the distance, but later we reached a point where we had great communication.

They can do anything when you ask for, and they have a lot of experience in their field.
