I need expertise in customization for a webshop project which is running on WordPress/Woocommerce. I knew that if I contacted Zealousweb, it would save me a lot of time. These guys have a lot of knowledge and skills, so they can always find a smart solution and also important: they deliver on time and communication is clear and to the point.
SOLUTION
How did you select ZealousWeb and what were the deciding factors?
I have been contacted by several foreign companies, but Zealousweb's communication was better from the start. Quality of work is one thing, but when it takes too much time to make clear what you want it can be difficult. With Zealousweb I experience clear and direct communication.

I asked them to create an adjusted email template for a clients webshop. The strandard order mail did not contain the right fields and the were not presented the way the client wanted. There was a bit of a hurry and they told me to try their best to start end of the week. It was wednesday at that time. I did not expect them to start before friday and maybe deliver after the weekend. But, they surprised me. The work was done on thursday. My client was very happy with that and so was I.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The most important thing is that my client can work more efficient. Now there is only one mail, instead of opening the mail and clicking through the backend to get the rest of the information.

They are very accessible and they act quickly when I send revised requirements. The prefer being realistic over promising to much. So the outcome is that I am satisfied even more.
