A more tailored onboarding session focused on industry-specific expectations could have accelerated the early stages of collaboration. 

Additionally, while their reporting was thorough, we would have appreciated more visual summaries or executive-level dashboards to quickly grasp key performance indicators without diving into detailed analytics. 

That said, Widoczni were always open to feedback and showed a genuine willingness to adapt their approach to meet our needs, which made these minor issues easy.
