Widoczni started our SEO campaigns from working on the content on our website. Right before that, there was a whole preparation process - briefing, getting to know our business, choosing the most profitable keywords. Because we want to target local customers we need more content with keywords describing nearby towns.

At the same time experts from widoczni work on technical SEO and off-site optimisation. This is a complex campaign and because a few experts are involved, they can do more in less time and many processes may be done in the same period of time.

My website is in the hands of a team of experts. This is new to me, because most companies don’t work like that. Usually there is one person that takes care of every aspect of SEO. We can see the first effects of SEO, even though we have been working together only a few months so far. The SEO service is professional and I would definitely recommend it to any other company.

Very professional customer service. They are in constant touch with me. Even if you have no idea about SEO, they have this skill to explain it to everyone using easy language. As a result you are actually aware of every stage of their work and understand it. A huge plus are SEO reports. I receive them regularly and can always analyze what has been done and what results we have.

When something is more advanced, I just ask my project manager at widoczni and they are happy to explain it to me with details. They are a team that has a positive attitude towards customers. Even on the phone I can tell they smile at me :) This all makes SEO much more understandable and interesting to me.

The most impressive part of our cooperation is how they contact me and how reliable they are. I feel like they really take care of my business and that we are on the same team. We're ranking higher on all keywords important to us, for most of them, we're on the first page. Our website traffic is also slowly improving and we're currently working on CTR.

Communication is the thing I appreciate the most with Widoczni. Our Project Manager is great, always listens to what we say and is really easy to work with. Each month we receive a report on progress, which includes information about all the things they've done and the effects. Once every three months they set up a meeting, during which we summarize the work and discuss our plans and goals for the next quarter. Everything they do is always on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As I've mentioned before, I greatly appreciate the communication style of Widoczni. They are always open to discussion and always listen to us to understand what we need.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'm fully happy with the service, but if I had to choose one thing that might use some improvement it's the copywriting. It's already good (way better than what the previous company offered), but if they made it a bit more natural, it would take it to another level.

Widoczni works on everything related to our online marketing campaigns. They create content for our website to help us achieve a strong position on Google as well as in other search channels. Our goal is to get as many inquiries as possible. The website has been created by another provider, but Widoczni has updated it at the beginning of our engagement. 

The Widoczni team also works on our social media accounts, like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Every once in a while, we send them content materials, such as photos, recommendations, and anything else that will be helpful for them to create posts. They come up with their own ideas based on their knowledge about our company and products while maintaining our brand voice throughout the posts. On top of that, they work on our SEO efforts and cooperate with our expert manager in that area.

I cooperate with 6–7 people from Widoczni on different channels and groups. One of them is responsible for creating posts on our social media channels, and another is responsible for creating campaigns. Then, a different person creates content like blogs and texts on the website. Another team member is responsible for the website itself.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Widoczni supplies 90% of our hit rate. It’s a very high rate, and we’re very happy with it. We receive inquiries from clients who are really interested in buying halls. Previously, we've received inquiries from clients who weren’t truly interested in buying.

Our website also scores highly on the market. After Widoczni's changes to it, our competitors have created similar websites, which means we’re the leader in this field. Moreover, we can see that Widoczni’s services work incredibly well because of the statistics they provide.

How did Widoczni perform from a project management standpoint?

When it comes to deadlines, everything is done on time. There aren't too many delays. For communication, we usually talk to Widoczni via email. We also talk over the phone every once in a while. Sometimes, we meet with them, and we also use video conferencing tools such as Teams or Zoom. 

On top of that, they spend two days a week focusing entirely on our company and the work they do for us, and that’s understandable because we’re not the only company they cooperate with. Every week, they have brainstorming meetings about different action points that might help develop our brand. This helps us because they have new ideas all the time. 

The Widoczni team is very well-organized. They have their own project management tool called CRM 7, where we send tasks. There, we can label the tasks’ status as urgent or not. Based on that, they move forward with the job.

The level of their work, engagement, and professionalism is impressive. They’re truly aware of what they’re doing, and they’re still educating themselves. Widoczni works on many levels just to improve and develop their skills. They even arrange training for students and other organizations. Overall, they’re very much involved with the idea of sharing the concept of e-marketing and everything that’s connected to it.

No, there aren’t any. They can discuss our ideas and assess their pros and cons every time we try to find a solution, so I can’t find anything they can improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Your decision to work with Widoczni will be totally positive. They’re a company that treats you very seriously, and they don’t focus only on getting the contract while forgetting about the client.  They keep a high level of collaboration with their client all the time. 

As a result, you won’t feel that they don’t care about you — they care about you all the time. For example, at the end of every month, I can expect reports from them on the inquiries we’ve had and our social media performance. I don’t have to remind them about that; they remember.
