Inter Cars SA is carparts supplier for cars and trucks. We are a leading company in the automotive industry in Central and Eastern Europe. I am the Head of E-commerce Poland CEE.

For what projects/services did your company hire Widoczni, and what were your goals?

Our goal was to improve our e-commerce website ranking on Google. In order to do that we were looking for a professional and reliable partner. We expected that the agency that we were going to hire would specialize in SEO and have previous experience with promoting similar businesses. That’s how we found Widoczni.

We were looking for nonstandard solutions when it comes to site optimization. Widoczni offered a flexible approach to our SEO project. Then we researched the team and it appeared that Widoczni is a team of experienced and highly qualified individuals. That also played a huge role in choosing Widoczni.

The first step of the process was a technical audit of our website. Our coders received necessary instructions and tips on how to improve the website, so that Widoczni could work on it’s ranking. As soon as we implemented the changes, Widoczni started the process of optimizing the website on-site and off-site. What’s important - we talk through each step, that is why we can achieve even higher rankings.

We cooperate with a whole project team. Our senior SEO specialist is Pawel who is responsible for designing SEO strategy and choosing the tactics. Izabela is our copywriter. She writes and optimizes all the content on our website. Maciejis our project manager who takes good care of us and communicates with us regularly.

We are satisfied by how the campaign is going. We observed a huge growth in the number of visits from Google. The number of keywords we are visible on also raised and are now in top 10 Google. I am truly happy with their work and results they have achieved.

Widoczni are a team of experts. They know how to talk to their clients and they value good communication. They inform me on every step they take and present their results on a regular basis. They stick to our plan and are always on schedule. This is especially true to Pawel. When it comes to good communication, we value Maciej.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Flexibility. Contract is one thing, but our needs change, business and market change, that is why we have chosen a company that gets that. They are ok with implementing changes to our strategy. Widoczni is a professional team that does more than we expect.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I believe there is always room for improvement. Right now we expect more support with migrating our e-commerce website.

Currently, the campaign has been going on for 4 months, and you can already see an increase in important key events.

Communication is exemplary. Tasks, reports, and answers to questions are completed on time. I'm very happy about this.

The distinguishing features are the level of service and speed of operation as well as the increase in position.

At the moment, I do not notice any more important areas for change.
