The company BIZYOU was founded in early 2020 to support organisations in the implementation of remote working so-called home office in the organisation. However, we did not expect that our e-services would be so quickly tested and accepted by entrepreneurs, HR experts, managers and employees. The creation of BIZYOU was related to the challenges reported by sister companies 4 Business & People (on the market since 2006, dealing with research and development of social competences) and LU-BI (HR outsourcing, operating since 2015). The demand was for effective remote working in dispersed, often virtual teams - operating exclusively online or in hybrid mode, i.e. combining on-site and off-site work.
Today, we serve a total of more than 200 companies. We are actively involved in research into remote working and the creation of conditions, including legislation for the effective implementation of online working in order to exploit opportunities and reduce risks for organisations and their employees.
