Introduce your business and what you do there.

We sell school bags for kids. Our bags help kids with their back and spinal issues. We’ve been in service for a few years now.

What challenge were you trying to address with VeecoTech Web & Ecommerce Sdn. Bhd.?

Because of the pandemic, our business was halted. Alain (Managing Director) encouraged us to use an e-commerce platform for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team created an e-commerce platform using WooCommerce. It allows us to take orders from customers. We can also send them tracking numbers to see the progress of their orders.

What is the team composition?

We worked with one project manager. There have designers in the background.

How did you come to work with VeecoTech Web & Ecommerce Sdn. Bhd.?

Alain set the expectations for us. We didn’t have knowledge of the e-commerce space. We just listened to them as the experts.

How much have you invested with them?

I believe we’ve spent around $6,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2020, and the site was launched in June 2020.

The site is very easy to use. We can also update it from our end. If we have any technical problems, we still can go back to them.

The pandemic has brought the opportunity for us to sell online. It’s been successful.

The project manager worked closely with us. Everything met our expectations. They delivered according to timeline.

Set the right expectations. They will deliver it for you. Tell them what you want. Our main focus is to get sales, so our goal was clear.
