I have also retained their hosting services to ensure that my site remains up and running, free of any potential security and functionality issues.

They also continue to monitor my site for any potential security and functionality issues to ensure that it is operating properly without interruption. I went into this process with no baseline on how setting up a website worked, so communication was extremely important to me. Huy has been wonderful about responding to any questions I had both during & after the website was completed. Uplancer Agency has exceeded expectations on all fronts & I couldn't be happier with the end result!

Their creativity in design and level of responsiveness/communication exceeded expectations & were much appreciated! I definitely never felt like my website was just a cookie cutter template design & love how unique & personal the finished product is to my personality, my brand.

Coming into this with no background knowledge on how to even begin designing a website from scratch, I had a lot of questions. I really appreciated how patient & responsive Huy & his team were with me, & how organized they are in their processes. No notes!

VERY THOROUGH, on the onset they provided detailed project plans, with assocaited resourcing, costs, timeline, etc. They were incredibly responsive, available, and approachable to ALL questions, needs, and we really appreciate we could get in touch with them as soon as we needed anything.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Uplancer does an incredible job all the way from the strategic macro-level in terms of helping brainstorm, providing ideas on what would be best in terms of usability and customer service, down to micro-level execution of the tactical creation of the websites. They have very deep subject matter expertise on all things web design and development and could easily troubleshoot issues and fix them ASAP. 

Beyond their deep understanding of the digital landscape, Uplancer brought the human-touch back to working in web design. Their team made us feel like they were an extension of our team, and they really cared about the development and success of our presence, brand, and company. It's thanks to Uplancer that we can now say that Access Ohio and East Ohio Regional Hospital have a digital presence and because of them, we are able to highlight some of the great things our providers and staff try to provide to the community.

We have been  Uplancer in June of 2024 and since then have been extremely pleased with thier attention to detail, timely delivery, and fantastic communication. Our first interaction was in setting up the web-certificates for our domains which Huy turned around to us same-day. Over the ensuing months, we also requested assistance with web loading speed optimization, help with our contact forms not connecting, facebook/instagram marketing tracking and google analytics. Huy is always very patient and explains what work was done in an easy to understand manner. He is highly organized and always delivers as promised, which is great. I know I can trust Uplancer that if they take on a job, they are fully capable and will deliver as promised. Not to mention great rates for the work being done! We will continue to use Uplancer for our web/marketing/analytics needs, highly recommended.

i once delivered an ask to them around an application I wanted them to build - they said they were happy to do that but asked for me to consider another way. 2 days later they proposed an idea that was better and more efficient than my original proposal. And was cheaper! They truly care.

Live closer so we could have more in person meetings!
