The goal is to develop Smart Inspection System which makes easy for the department officers to work easily and transparently. This system helps the industry owners to get the inspection done transparently.

Central Inspection System is developed for eight departments. One single platform is designed and developed to check the performance of the department officers and give a transparent inspection system to Industries owners.

The smart inspection system is designed and developed for the allocation of Industries/ Establishments comes under eight different departments and the allocation of department officers for inspection is done automatically.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within the timeline, the project was delivered and the outcome helps the government senior officers to get the information of the industries which are not being inspected and better rules are designed for the industries owners.

The department officers get the notification of upcoming inspects and within the timeline, officers have to submit their reports to higher authorities online.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was always physically available which makes communication very easy. The project manager assigns work to designer and developers, which makes very easy for us in the successful implementation of the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team always presents new and unique ideas that help in the successful implementation of the project. The best thing is the successful implementation on time. Whichever task was assigned to the team it was completed on time.

We needed a team to assist with mobile app development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built three separate mobile apps for iOS and Android that are integrated with one another. Their team used HTML. 

The first is for hotel chains, who put out services they want to advertise to people. There’s one for vendors, who post bills onto an app for consumers and an associate host app, like Lyft, and Uber. The final app is a marketplace for consumers where vendors post deals. 

What is the team composition?

The team size changed throughout the course of the engagement, depending on if we needed ad-hoc or not. It ranged from 4-12 people. Our main points of contact were the project manager, Ashok (Enterprise CRM), and Abhishek (Product Engineer).

They were recommended by a couple of different people who had worked with them in the past.

We spent around $300,000.

We began working together around January 2017, and it is ongoing.

There were several suggestions they made that were very helpful. They’ve done nothing but benefit us and help us move forward and excel in our goals.

How did Trigma Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great. Communication is very good– we have daily calls. They’re very responsive and easy to understand. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication skills are impressive. We’ve not had any miscommunications, unlike our experience with prior offshore service providers. They have flown here to be part of meetings several times. I don’t think most companies would dedicate themselves to their clients the way Trigma does.

Be open and tell them everything. They’ll work hard to come up with solutions for you.

The workflow was such that Trigma built up an application & we worked on hosting the solution on Cloud. After effective testing on Cloud for continuous good period. The app was migrated on Cloud and DR was built around it again on Cloud

Trigma has been in the market for long. They have good resources and a thorough internal workflow system. Through which the work or projects are very highly scrutinised as far their quality and delivery on time is concerned.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The areas of improvement I would suggest would be to expand to different territories and work for large scale projects which I know they can deliver. I am sure they would be thinking on these lines.

The project focused on improving our existing website rather than starting from scratch. Trigma reviewed the existing structure and worked on key pages to improve the way our services, capabilities and industry experience are presented. A significant part of the work involved UI/UX improvements, page redevelopment and making the overall customer journey more straightforward. The team also worked on integrations around the enquiry process so that information coming through the website could be handled more effectively. Another part of the engagement was the introduction of an AI-based approach to lead evaluation. The objective was to help assess incoming enquiries based on the information provided and give our team a better indication of which opportunities were more relevant and should be prioritised. The work therefore covered both the customer facing website and the processes supporting enquiries behind it.

We are hoping to have improved customer experience and increase in traffic. They have helped us develop a bigger digital footprint and out reach with improved visibility on many new platforms. We have seen improved quality of leads.

Excellent Project Mangement, More than happy to recommend to others, they have delivered what they promised in their proposal. They took up our requests/concerns or any new suggession immediately and provided us with a focused plan of action, which was delivered on time.  The team was also comfortable working across different areas of the project, from UI/UX and website development through to integrations and the lead evaluation functionality. That made it easier to manage the different requirements as one project.

What stood out was that the team looked beyond the visual side of the website. They took an interest in how customers move through the site, how enquiries reach our team and how that process could be improved. We also appreciated the willingness to work within our existing setup rather than treating everything as a requirement for a completely new platform. This made the discussions more practical and relevant to our business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Trigma could have done differently?

One area that could be improved is having more detailed documentation around some of the integrations and new functionality. This would make it easier for our internal team to refer back to the work as we continue making changes to the website and related processes. That said, the team was available when we needed clarification and was willing to explain the functionality and address questions during the project.   Overall, we had a positive experience working with Trigma and were satisfied with the direction and outcome of the engagement.

The work focused on developing an AI customer support agent for handling common and repetitive customer queries. Trigma worked with us on the initial use cases, the support workflow, and the development of the AI agent. The solution was designed to handle routine questions using our support information, while more complex questions could still be handled by our team. The main deliverable was the AI customer support MVP which we could test within our existing workflow and use as a base for further development.

The initial MVP helped reduce the amount of repetitive support work handled manually. Based on the use cases we tested, we saw around a 20–30% reduction in repetitive support workload. It also gave us a better understanding of which types of customer queries can be handled by AI and where human involvement is still needed. This was useful for deciding how we can use the technology as our operations grow.
