Month after month we had increased foot traffic into the store and greater turnout for our promos. All in all the service is a success.

Our team hired Social Media 55 for a few different needs.  The main one was social media.  We needed to create video content that properly demonstrated our service and properly told a story in high quality.  We made several video and a number of reels in shorter form to achieve the content we need for social media and other marketing needs. Mostly for Facebook, Instagram and some LinkedIn.  We also work closely with the team to help position us in the search engines for local traffic.  We are being provided a local SEO and technical SEO service. We are also working on Google AdWords to bring in leads on demand.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The videos came out spectacular and have a cinematic feel.  Something we could have never done on our own with a cellphone.  They used professional gear and even flew drones to capture some shots of us on the roof in action.  I think the drone footage sets it apart being that we are working high up off the ground. The crew came prepared with the right equipment and got the job done on multiple video and photo shoots. We are seeing a great response from our audience. The videos and the messaging. The videos and photos have been perfect quality for Facebook and Instagram. 

SEO has been a gradual progression. We have seen a rise in our rankings organically and that has been exciting.  Our Google AdWords allows us to get the immediate results we’re looking for and that has been good. We will be introducing a social media advertising strategy to help with our awareness campaign.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Social Media 55 could have done differently?

They are doing great, they even got up on some roofs with us!!  A brave and talented bunch!!!
