I also always make a point of asking potential buyers about how they found the listing, and surprisingly, a huge majority cite our social media ads as the source.

Joseph follows up at the administrative level after I’ve given my instructions. He makes sure that the project is done on time and that it’s appropriate for posting online.

I have meetings with Joseph once every two weeks, either over the phone or in person. He sends the information down the ladder to everyone else. The team has always been on schedule, and they know what they’re doing.

They stand out in terms of efficiency, communication, and hands-on management. I never felt like I was being sold something. Instead, they gave me a list of services for a set price and allowed me to decide between them. They gave valuable suggestions about how to make a marketing campaign more successful, but I always had the last word.

I hear from the account manager at least once a month to bring me up to date on their work and to ask me what else I need.
