The project started with an initial meeting to discuss goals, milestones, deliverables, and the timeline. Then mock-ups were designed, as well as a landing page for customers to know that website was in a process of development. They worked with PHP and HTML primarily. After the mock-ups were approved, they prepared the UI/UX design and revised it as requested to suit our needs. Shortly after, they proceeded with the development of the front-end and the back-end.

Communication started with the Sales Professional, then later expanded to include the techies working on the project, comprising of 2 designers, 2 front-end and 2 back-end developers ( 1 junior and 1 senior)

For the most part, we are happy with the look and functionality of the website. The few corrections that need to be made have been discussed and we are confident they will be resolved. We will definitely be recommending SSS and look forward to working with them again.

The team is very professional, respectful, and receptive. Communication was done mainly through the Sales Professional, Rahul, who passed information clearly to his team. We had weekly/bi-weekly update meetings through Zoom and Google Meets, and shared information through Gmail and Whats App.

They are very professional, respectful, competent, and approachable. They were willing to go the extra mile to meet a request. I truly enjoyed working with them.

Minor issues or concerns that arose were discussed and have either been resolved or are in the process of being resolved.

Sapphire’s main goal was to build native Android and iOS app, and their work involved integrating some of the existing code that we had. The team started with the design phase. Essentially, we spent a couple of weeks, doing design iterations before we brought in their development team. Sapphire put together a comprehensive scope.

Once we approved it, they created the application; both front- and backend development. We have used Kotlin for Android app, Swift for iOS app and Backend with PHP.

During our user testing, we’ve gotten very positive feedback on our app’s design. To be specific, people say that our app has a clean and intuitive design and offers a relatively smooth experience. On the technical side, Sapphire has been able to swiftly resolve bugs. Overall, we’re satisfied with their work.

We started with two meetings a week. Project management-wise, everything ran smoothly. The project manager have been extremely helpful and responsive when it comes to leading me to where things are they effectively manage everything. Above all, even though we’re working in different time zones, we know how to make things work.
