Anand Niketan making its way in 1996 foray into urban school education with a singular purpose –to surpass the existing benchmarks in education, and to bring the finest learning experiences to students. I'm working as a Consultant, we offer a distinctive education, uniting a philosophical approach to the development of essential life skills with an emphasis upon academic excellence. Our aim is to allow our students to grow gracefully and develop their strength and achieve good character of the level more than the world thinks is possible.

We wanted a customized mobile application for our institution Anand Niketan Schoolid with many unique functionalities added, with academic performance and direct reach to school authority through the query section, and various other modules for easing up the communication and management.

We did search for different mobile app developers, among which one was Sapphire Software solutions. We sent proposals to many and went through the process and Sapphire just stood above and beyond everybody else we interviewed.

With the application and the fast pacing environment, it has overall increased the efficiency. We manage a lot of personal information for our students and employees, so we need to have a high level of confidence in who we’re working with and their ability to manage information. With OTP based secure login, Parents can now have clear picture on their ward’s attendance including Late coming & Early going, one to one communication with special feature like query, helping parents to quickly resolve their query from home and can be directly addressed to the concerned person in the management.

They’re very attentive and respond quickly when we have questions or ideas. Available with their valuable solution right away and had resources available on the project. For example, if a small bug comes up their developers worked on it the same day and get it resolved quickly.

We had video meetings. They have been great with finishing the work well before deadlines. They're very flexible and agile at being able to schedule time for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As mentioned we were looking for someone who could manage a lot of personal information of our students and employees efficiently. They were great at finding out the perfect solutions for every problem.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, not really. The two main areas, time and cost, have stayed within our expectations.

A project lead updating us with the progress, showing us how it will look like, discussion with what to implement, a support team member who guide us for the entire website, and help to solve questions and concerns

We are getting lot of compliments from the parents, our teacher or educators, appreciation from principal for thinking, many new admirations through website registration. We feel sense of joy and pride after launching the website.

Their out of box thinking, quick planning. Adapting the requirement rather than imposing similar dialogue to develop the most common product was impressive.

Testing process was ok though covered with full support.
