The target was to deliver the application in 3 months with a given scope was perfectly met. They were flexible with the design changes given, and whenever additional QA was required. The feedback received has been very positive.

They have been quite approachable throughout, communication has been effective. The team is proactive and always trying to deliver even more than what we had asked for. There were daily calls

They were very passionate with their work. They clearly tried to understand what we were trying to deliver. Owing to the Covid times we were not able to meet them physically, yet the team bonded very well.

There is nothing come to my mind at this point. I'm really satisfied with the deliverables, how they communicated.

With the application and the fast pacing environment, it has overall increased the efficiency. We manage a lot of personal information for our students and employees, so we need to have a high level of confidence in who we’re working with and their ability to manage information. With OTP based secure login, Parents can now have clear picture on their ward’s attendance including Late coming & Early going, one to one communication with special feature like query, helping parents to quickly resolve their query from home and can be directly addressed to the concerned person in the management.

They’re very attentive and respond quickly when we have questions or ideas. Available with their valuable solution right away and had resources available on the project. For example, if a small bug comes up their developers worked on it the same day and get it resolved quickly.

We had video meetings. They have been great with finishing the work well before deadlines. They're very flexible and agile at being able to schedule time for us.

As mentioned we were looking for someone who could manage a lot of personal information of our students and employees efficiently. They were great at finding out the perfect solutions for every problem.

No, not really. The two main areas, time and cost, have stayed within our expectations.
